The results showed that the aluminum plates had a much better effect than zinc plates in identifying crystalline free silica. The all open-faced samples had good uniformity in the filter no matter how many middles were used, but not so good for the closed-faced sampling. The calibration curve had a good correlation coefficient (r=0.995). Due to different industrial operating patterns, the distribution of crystalline free silica concentration varied by the industrial environment. The dust consisted of 10- 30% of crystalline free silica in all samples obtained from the foundry environments. The crystalline free silica was accounted for less than 10% in the respirable dusts.

结果显示，因为铝板对於结晶型游离二氧化矽具有较良好的补正系数，因此做为本研究的基底标准吸收校正的校正元素；SKC铝制旋风分离器搭配开匣式滤纸匣於一阶中环、二阶中环、三阶中环均有良好之均匀度，反之，搭配闭匣式滤纸匣其均匀度均不佳；分析检量线具有良好线性关系(r=0.995)，因作业型态不同，作业环境会有不同的浓度分布，综观作业环境中可呼吸性结晶型游离二氧化矽之含量均小於10%以下，总粉尘结晶型游离二氧化矽之含量约为10 – 30%之中。

In order to find active pesticide leading compounds, thinking about that triazolothiadiazoles had various biological activities, this paper designed and synthesized 11 novel title compounds from 3-substituted-4-amino-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazoles with heterocyclic carboxylic acid via cyclization in the presence of phosphoryl chloride by the princple of combination of active strucural moieties. The structures of the title compounds were characterized by melting point, IR, 1HNMR and elemental analysis.

为了寻找高活性农药先导化合物，考虑到三唑并噻二唑衍生物具有广泛的生物活性，本文利用活性亚结构拼接原理，将活性基团分别引入1，2，4-均三唑并[3，4-b]-1，3，4-噻二唑杂环的3位和6位，合成了未见文献报道的3，6-二取代均三唑并[3，4-b]-1，3，4-噻二唑类化合物11个，并用IR、1HNMR及元素分析测试技术对其进行了结构表征。

Methods:43 patients including 10 with mitral stenosis associated aortic regurgitation, 12 with mixed mitral valve lesions and 21 with mixed mitral valve lesions and combined with aortic regurgitation were studied.MVA determinded by (1) two -dimensional echocardiography with a cross-sectional area in the short-axis view (2DE),(2) pressure half-time using formula of 220/PHT,(3) color Doppler flow imaging with a jet cross-sectional area in the short-axis view with planimetry,(4) CDFI with a color jet width at the mitral valve orifice in the apical four-chamber view and long-axis view, assuming an elliptic mitral orifice, compared with the orifice area of excised mitral valve during mitral valve replacement.

There was a little difference betweenphotosynthesis characteristic of the two varieties,response of Jiamusi to low temperature andpoor light was more sensitive than that of Longjiao No.2 and decreased pronouncedly withdecreasing light.6.EC and MDA of pepper leaves increased under low temperature and poor light,therewere no significant differences between them with decreasing light at 21-23℃/8-10℃,butthey were increased dramatically at 15-20℃/5-6℃.So we can speculate that lowertemperature was the direct reason resulted in cell membrane lipid peroxidation.7.No significant difference of SOD activity was observed under suboptimal temperatureand poor light21-23℃/8-10℃;150μmol·m~(-2·s~(-1),but SOD and POD activity substantiallydeclined with lowering temperature and light as well as treatment time.8.Under suboptimal temperature and lower light,proline accumulated to increaseosmotic regulation capacity and alleviate chilling damage.Soluble carbohydrate of pepper leaves decreased progressively and significantly with decreasing temperature and lightintensity as well as longer treatment time.So we think that synthesis and transport ofphotosynthetic product were inhibited by low temperature and poor light as solublecarbohydrate was important component of photosynthetic product.
