Eleven novel 2-alkylthio-5-(5,7-dimethyl-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-5-yl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole derivatives (5) and six novel 2-alkylthio-5-(5,7-dimethyl-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-5-yl)-1,3,4-thia- diazole derivatives (8) have been designed and synthesized by using 5-amino-3-ethoxycarbonyl-1H-1,2,4-triazole as a starting material.

以5-氨基－1H-1，2，4-三唑－3-羧酸乙酯为起始原料，设计合成了11个新型的2-取代硫醚－5-（5，7-二甲基－1，2，4-三唑并[1，5-a]嘧啶基）-1，3，4-恶二唑类化合物(5)和6个新型的2-取代硫醚－5-（5，7-二甲基－1，2，4-三唑并[1，5-a]嘧啶基）-1，3，4-噻二唑类化合物(8)。

Preparation of Spherical MgCl_2-Supported Late-Transition Metal Catalysts for Ethylene PolymerizationFacile and effective immobilization of late-transition metal catalysts. 2,3-bis-(2,6-diisopropylphenyl) butane diimine nickel dibromide (1) and 2,6-bis-[1-(2,4,6-trimethylphenylimino)ethyl]pyridine iron dichloride (2), for ethylene polymerization has been achieved, using spherical MgCl_2 supports obtained by thermal dealcoholization of MgCl_2·2.56C_2H_5OH, and the effects of dealcoholization temperature on supported late-transition metal catalysts and the properties of resultant polymers were studied, the results indicated that:1.Supports with appropriate mechanical strength, high surface area and high porosity could be prepared by thermal dealcoholization of spherical MgCl_2·2.56C_2H_5OH supports; 2.BET, XRD, IR, SEM, GPC and DSC analyses indicate that the activities of the supported late-transition metal catalysts and the properties of resultant polymers are strongly dependent on the dealcoholization temperature.

本工作的新贡献如下：(1)、球形氯化镁负载后过渡金属催化荆催化乙烯聚合本文将配合物2，3-双(2，6-二异丙基苯亚胺)丁烷二溴化镍(1)和配合物2，6-二[1-(2，4，6-三甲基苯亚胺)乙基]吡啶二氯化铁(2)分别直接负载于经不同热脱醇温度处理的球形氯化镁载体上，研究了氯化镁载体的脱醇温度对负载化后过渡金属催化剂及其聚合物的影响，研究表明：1、通过对球形MgCl_2·2.56C_2H_5OH载体进行热脱醇处理，可以获得合适机械强度、较高比表面积和较高孔隙度的球形氯化镁载体；2、BET，XRD，IR，SEM，GPC和DSC研究表明，脱醇温度极大地影响负载后过渡金属催化剂的活性和聚合物的性能。

Two bispyrazolylimine nickel complexes [bis-N-(phenyl-1,3,5-dimethylpyrazolylmethylene) phenylimine nickel dibromide] (Cat.1) and [bis-4-methoxy-N-(phenyl-1,3,5-dimethylpyrazolylmethylene) phenylimine nickel dibromide] (Cat.2) were synthesized.

Result At the end of dioestrus, the estradiol level was increased gradually, and the peak of estradiol appeared from 1 day before oestrus to 3 days after oestrus (52.50±29.26) pg/mL, then the estradiol decreased rapidly, its lowest value at 6-9 days of oestrus (7.20±5.50) pg/mL. The level of progesterone was low before oestrus, and rose gradually at the peak of estradiol and reached the highest value at 9-15 days of oestrus (35.52±7.87) ng/mL, then it decreased gradually.

结果 发情间期的末期，雌二醇开始升高，在发情前1 d至发情开始后3 d内出现雌二醇高峰(52.50±29.26) pg/mL，峰值后雌二醇急剧下降，到发情第6~9天下降至最低值(7.20±5.50) pg/mL；孕酮水平在发情前期较低，于雌二醇高峰时开始上升，发情第9~15天达到最高值(35.52±7.87) ng/mL，此后逐渐下降。

The results show that 5% nucleating agent,twelve-hydrated disodium hydrogen phosphate,could reduce the supercooling degree of acetate hydroxide trihydrate to some extent but the supercooling degree was still large.However,the supercooling degree of sodium acetate trihydrate could decrease clearly by adding 3% thickener gelatin and 5% twelve-hydrated disodium hydrogen phosphate.

实验结果表明，质量百分比为5%的成核剂十二水磷酸氢二钠能一定程度上抑制无机水合盐三水醋酸钠的过冷度，但其过冷度仍然较大；使用质量百分比5%的十二水磷酸氢二钠和质量百分比3%的增稠剂明胶做添加剂后，三水醋酸钠的过冷性能得到明显改善。
