With industrial monomer solution of dimethyldiallylammonium chloride as raw material, ammonium persulphate as initiator and Na_4EDTA as chelating agent,using the methods of adding initiator all at once,graduated increasing of temperature and stepwise initiation and polymerization,the polymerization process of preparing poly-dimethyldiallylammonium chloride was researched.

以一步法工业单体二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵为原料，以过硫酸铵为引发剂，采用一次性加入引发剂，梯度升温，分步引发水溶液聚合反应的方法，对制备聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵的聚合反应的工艺进行了优化研究。

In this paper, the third monomer 1,4- benzenediamine was introduced into the system of pyromellitic dianhydride and 4, 4-diamino diphenyl. Polyamic acid was synthesized in N-methyl pyrrolidone by solution polycondensation. The chemical structure of the polymer obtained was characterized by infrared spectrum. The dynamic viscosity and intrinsic viscosity were measured. Studies were mainly focused on the influences of monomer solid contents, monomer adding methods on intrinsic viscosity.

The result showed that the thermal decomposition temperature of chlorinated paraffin reached 133℃ by adding 0.3% composite stabilizer in which the weight percentages of ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether, methyl stannic, triphenyl phosphate, exoxidized soybean oil were 72%, 3%, 10%, 15%, respectively. It is 15℃ more than that of using pure ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether.

结果表明：当复合稳定剂中乙二醇二缩水甘油醚、甲基锡、亚磷酸三苯酯、环氧大豆油的质量分数分别为72%，3%，10%，15%，复合稳定剂的添加量为氯化石蜡的0.3%时，氯化石蜡的热分解温度为133℃，比单独使用乙二醇二缩水甘油醚提高了15℃，热稳定效果较好。
