This is author" s idea resource and main method to produce the water traffic accident-causing theory . in addition, uncontrolled transferring of energy theory, applies widely in safety management scheme for water traffic; human error accident model can be used to analyze causes of collision accident and to take preventive measures; perturbation theory and multilinear event sequencing method is a very useful investigation method to water traffic accidents. All of these theories have contributed to the development of water traffic accident-causing theory. As to orbit intersecting theory, the paper thinks it extension of Domino s theory, although it exists independently.

有代表性的事故致因理论有海因里希因果连锁理论以及博德、亚当斯等人对该理论的发展，这些发展的主要进步是突出了管理缺陷是事故因果连锁中的基本原因，是本文分析和发展水上交通事故致因理论的主要思想来源和方法论；能量意外转移理论，广泛的应用在水上交通安全的各项具体管理制度中；人失误事故模型能用于指导对碰撞事故的原因分析和预防；动态变化理论及多线性事件连锁论对指导事故调查是较好的分析方法；轨迹交叉理论虽然以独立的理论形式存在，但本文认为其实质仍然是因果连锁理论的发展。

The research on the statistic analysis and the prediction model of road accident is an important part of the system. Through the statistic analysis of various factors which may lead to the accident, it reveals the intrinsical rule and causes of accidents, based on which we can predict the future trend of accidents in order to provide reliable information for effective accident prevention.

道路交通事故统计分析及预测模型研究是该系统的一个子课题，其主要是通过对诱发交通事故的各种因素进行统计分析，揭示交通事故发生的规律及原因，在此基础上对事故未来的发生趋势作出预测，为事故的有效预防提供可靠信息。

objective to study high risk population,high incidence time of traffic accident injuries,in order to provide evidence of prevention of traffic accidents.methods review inquiry,epidemiological analysis were performed.results there were 557 cases of traffic accidents before hospital in 2004.the traffic accident was the first in traumatism,the accounting for 51.86%.in 2004,the month of high incidence was july to december.people were on duty and off duty that was the high incidence time of traffic accident injuries in a day.the age of high incidence was 20 to 39 years old.the injury rate of males was higher than that of females.conclusion the measures of prevention and control are to strengthen traffic safety education,improve road safety level and quantity.

目的 了解院前急救交通事故的高危人群、高发时间，为交通事故的预防提供依据。方法采用回顾性调查方法，统计分析资料。结果 2004年1～12月我院急救中心院前急救的外伤病例中交通事故居首位，共557例，占总数的51.86%。在这一年内，以7～12月份为高发期。在一天中，人们上下班时间是交通事故高峰。以20～39岁年龄组为高危人群，在交通事故中受伤及死亡的男性比率高于女性。结论预防和控制交通事故的主要措施是加强群众的交通安全意识，提高驾驶员的安全行车意识和完善道路交通设施，确保良好的交通环境。

In recent years, the frequency of chlorine leakage or explosion accidents is going on rising, for the sake of solving this problem, the chlorine leakage accident of Jiangxi Lipin chemical plant is chosen as an example.

In this paper a new contingency screening and ranking method is formed by combiningiterative filtering screening technology with continuation power flow analysis. Researchingpreventive control policy in reactive power compensation and load control when themargin of stability is serious, and reciprocal math model is given;through the exempleof IEEE39 typical system , the availability of the discussed methods in this dissertationwas approved. Aimed at the real grid, the contingency screening analysis and preventivecontrol policy based on Beijing power grid is discussed;the static voltage stabilityanalysis software based on figure draw of Beijing grid is realized, and the software hasthe junction to BPA .

论文提出了将迭代过滤筛选技术和连续潮流法相结合的事故筛选分析方法；从无功补偿控制和负荷控制两方面研究了系统裕度紧张时的预防控制策略，给出了相应的数学模型；采用IEEE39节点的标准系统算例，验证了本文提出的静态电压稳定事故筛选分析方法的可行性；针对实际电网讨论了基于北京电网的事故筛选分析和预防控制策略；通过与BPA接口实现了基于北京电网图形平台的静态电压稳定分析软件。

However, because of its unique flammable, explosive, virulent physic-chemical properties, it causes a series of burning, detonating accident which has occurred in domestic and foreign, which has caused the giant personnel casualty and property damage. Therefore, it is necessary for the liquified petroleum gas store place to carry on the safety assessment and go on the grave accident sequential analysis research, regarding the effective science forecast, prevention and control significant accident occurrence, so it can reduce or avoid this kind of disaster accidents as far as possible, which has the important theory value and the practice significance for guarantee the liquified petroleum gas store place's safe operation.
