Objective:To investigate the effect of chitosamine on the acid products of S.Mutans.

Methods:The technique of anaerobic bacterium culture was used to investigate the change of the amount of the total acid and lactic acid of S.mutans,which was cultivated in medium containing chitosamine or without.

利用实验室厌氧菌培养法，观察变形链球菌在有或无甲壳胺的培养液中代谢后，总酸量及乳酸量的变化情况。

The lactic acid had some results.Conclusion:It is concluded that chitosamine can reduce the amount of total acid after S.mutans metabolization,especially lactic acid.

甲壳胺能使变链菌代谢后的总酸量降低，包括挥发酸和非挥发酸，特别是乳酸。
