用MTT 法测定不同浓度的槐耳浸膏作用不同时间下对乳腺癌细胞系MCF-7 的杀伤作用，同时测定应用槐耳浸膏时对阿霉素的增敏作用和耐药逆转作用；结论：金克在一定范围内对乳腺癌细胞系具有明显的杀伤作用，其作用3 天时，IC50 在0.05mg/ml 左右，随着药物浓度升高和作用时间的延长其杀伤作用相应的增强，对阿霉素化疗具有增敏作用和逆转耐药作用。
