Methods Patients with post-esophagectomy chylothorax from October1986to October2003in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.

Results: There were four (0.37%) chylothorax cases occurred after operation,the rate was reduced comparing with the previous 2004 (1.04%),and 4 cases were cured after conservative treatment.

结果：术后发生乳糜胸4例（0.37%），较2004年前（1.04%）减少，4例均行保守治疗治愈。
