The technics of producing membrance for glucose and sucrose detecting were optimized. The best condition is: adding fragmentation liquid of the yeast which is breaked up in 450 times for three times, betaking mix enzyme which is prepared with 0.0036g glucose oxidase and 0.5ml kluyveromyces lactis β-galactosidase and 1.5ml distilled water, immobilizing mix enzyme through 2% glutaric dialdehyde for 1 hour.

METHODS: D-galactose (1 000 mg·k-1·d-1 ) was injected into mice hypodermically for 8 weeks to induce aging animal model, and Vit-E (100 mg·kg-1; 250 mg·kg-1) was administered for 6 weeks by ig at the 3rd week of making model. After Vit-E treatment for 8 weeks, water maze test was used to determine the ability of mice's learning and memory. The activities of glutathione peroxidase and succinate dehydrogenase, the content of nitric oxide and activity of nitric oxide synthase in the brain tissue were detected separately.

Methods Eighty Kunming mice were equally randomized into 8 groups: normal group, model group, vitamin E 90 mgkg^(-1d^(-1) group, high-and low-dose RPM protein 20 and 5 mgkg^(-1d^(-1)respectively groups, high-and low-dose RPM anthraquinone glycoside 28 and 7 mgkg^(-1d^(-1) respectively groups, combination (low-dose RPM protein and low-dose RPM anthraquinone glycosides) group.
