Clematis texensis flowers have unusual shape of an elongated jug or an egg, open at the top and made up of 4 fancifully twisted tepals. The outer side of the tepals can be anything from deep red to orange red, and the inner side is most frequently creamy yellow or pink-red but you can also find the scarlet ones. Leaves are blue-green. The plant is a climbing semi-perennial - only the base of the stems is woody. Stems reach up to 3 m and twine around the supports by leaf petioles

Results 118 breast milk secret holes were examined in 98 patients with mammary ductoscopy, of which there were intraductal papilloma in 35 cases, papillomatosis in 3 cases, mammary duct ectasia in 7 cases, intraductal carcinoma in 4 cases.

结果 98例乳头溢液中，共检查118乳孔，发现乳管内乳头状瘤35例，乳头状瘤病3例，乳导管扩张症7例，乳管内癌4例。

Results: Of the 45 cases, 5 cases were diagnosed as breast cancer, 9 papilloma, 4 papillomatosis, 12 mammary duct ectasia, 10 inflammatory disease of mammary, and 5 normal breast.

结果：镜检诊断乳腺癌5例，乳头状瘤9例，乳头状瘤病4例，乳管扩张症12例，乳管炎症10例，未发现异常5例，经病理证实符合率97.2%。

Breast cancer is the fourth leading cause of cancer death for Taiwanese women. X-ray mammography is currently the most effective method for an early diagnosis of the breast cancer. The existence of spicules is one of most important visual signs for breast cancer diagnosis. Spiculation is a stellate distortion caused by the intrusion of breast cancer into surrounding tissue. In general, malignant tumors appear with rough and complex boundaries or contours, whereas benign masses present smooth, round, or oval contours.In this paper, we present a technique to detect the contours of spiculated lesions from the regions of interest in a mammographic image.

中文摘要乳癌是是我国妇癌症死亡主因的第四位，乳癌诊断程序中，乳房X光摄影为临床上医生诊断乳癌的利器，在诊断乳房摄影肿瘤的影像时，可用特徵决定为良性或恶性肿瘤，良性肿瘤通常会呈现圆滑的特徵，而恶性肿瘤则呈现星状或不规则不平滑特徵，这种星状或不规则不平滑特徵组织，称为星状物肿瘤，指的是肿瘤周围的乳腺组织，因星状物往外侵犯的关系造成的变形，星状物的存在是恶性肿瘤判断的依据。

The results can be expressed as follows:(1) With the increase of water phase content, the amine salt aggregated orderly in different forms such as W/O micro-emulsion, nodus-knot catenulate aggregates, layer liquid crystal and O/W micro-emulsion.(2) In layer liquid crystal, SO〓 mainly combined with amine salt cation by two oxygen atoms in bridge.(3) In UV-VIS spectrum of layer L. 乳腺纤维腺瘤与乳腺叶状囊肉瘤在临床和影像学表现方面都有其特征性，但临床上仍常出现误诊的情况，我们于2002年4月收治1例发病于妊娠哺乳期的28岁右乳巨大肿块女性病人，术前根据临床表现及影像学检查的结果考虑右乳叶状囊肉瘤的诊断，而术后的病理报告为乳腺纤维腺瘤。

Results FDS was successful in visualizing the intraductal lesion in all 34 patients, detected papillomas in 25 patients and intraductal carcinoma in 9 patients. 23 papillomas of 25 patients were verified by pathological examination. 8 of 9 patients were verified intraductal carcinoma by pathological examination.

结果 34例患者中FDS的检查结果为乳管内乳头状瘤25例，乳管内癌为9例；病理检查结果提示：在FDS诊断的25例乳头状瘤中，有23例被病理结果证实，在FDS诊断的9例乳管内癌中，有8例被病理结果证实。
