Methods: To fill the root canals of the primary teeth using two different material, one group was filled with Vitapex iodoform paste and the other was filled with ZOE iodoform paste.

符合乳牙根管治疗原则者115例（150颗乳磨牙）随机分为两组，实验组采用Vitapex糊剂进行根管充填，对照组采用氧化锌碘仿糊剂进行根管充填，观察两组治疗6个月后的疗效。

(1) The 2% glutaraldehyole pulpotomy has the function of killing bacteria and could cure deep caries and early pulpitis;(2) The curative effects of six months after operation is better than that of three months and of upper jaw is better than that of lower jaw by using 2% glutaraldehyole pulpotomy;(3) The prognosis of 2% glutaraldehyole pulpotomy depends on selecting indication and the patients cooperation in the course of operation;(4) It must be early performed with the root canal therapy that the cases of further developing apicitis, the absorption of root apiex is over 1/3, the pulp necrosis and periapical disease.

(1) 2%戊二醛活髓切断术具有杀菌的功能，对于深龋及早期牙髓炎可以治愈；(2) 2%戊二醛活髓切断术治疗乳磨牙牙髓炎六个月后的疗效明显好于三个月的疗效，上颌组疗效明显好于下颌组；(3) 2%戊二醛活髓切断术的预后取决于适应证的选择及治疗过程中患儿的配合程度；(4)对于进一步发展为根尖炎的病例及根尖吸收超过1/3、牙髓坏死和根尖周有病变者，应及早行根管治疗术。

Result:Lactobacillus and streptococcus mutans were found to be the main bacteria in the carious dentin.

结果：牙本质龋中的主要相关菌为乳杆菌和变链菌，龋内层牙本质中的细菌含量较外层少。

Animals were divided into control group and 5 experimental groups. Each experimental group had 2 canines and the central of masseters and geniohyoid were dissected out in 5th, 10th day in distraction and 2nd, 4th, 8th week after distraction.

The database was composed of 18 dental treatments from January 1988 to December 2004. The 18 dental treatments included in this study as following: Amalgam fillings (single-, double-, and triple-surface), composite resin fillings of anterior teeth (single- and double-surface), composite resin fillings of posterior teeth (single-, double-, and triple-surface), glassionomer fillings, endodontic treatment (single-, double-, and triple-root), pulpectomy, full mouth scaling, simple tooth extraction, complicated tooth extraction, simple odontodectomy, complicated odontodectomy.

本研究以牙医十八项医疗项目为对象，资料来自中华民国牙医全联会所提供之健保申报资料档，共包含银粉填充、前牙复合树脂、后牙复合树脂、玻璃离子体填充、恒牙根管治疗、乳牙根管治疗、牙结石清除、简单性拔牙、复杂性拔牙、单纯齿切除术、复杂齿切除术等十八项。

The expenditures of amalgam fillings (double- and triple-surface), endodontic treatment (single- and triple-root), pulpectomy, full mouth scaling, simple tooth extraction, simple odontodectomy, complicated odontodectomy increased after payment adjusted upward; the expenditures of amalgam fillings (single-surface), endodontic treatment (double-root), complicated tooth extraction showed inconsistent trends.

支付点数调整前后，银粉填充、恒牙根管治疗、乳牙根管治疗、简单性拔牙、单纯齿切除术、复杂齿切除术等八项医疗项目之实际给付金额随支付点数调高增加；银粉填充、恒牙根管治疗、复杂性拔牙等三项医疗项目之实际给付金额在支付点数调高之后有增有减。

They were divided into two groups, and operated pulpotomy using formocresol and ferric sulfate respectively. The children were followed up after 6 months and 1 year. Successful rates of pulpotomy were summarized statistically.

The stellate reticu-lum and the dental follicle of the underlying permanent tooth seems to be important for the deciduous root re-sorption. However, primary teeth without a permanent successor eventually exfoliates as well. Our current understanding on the underlying mechanisms is slim.
