The structure and expression pattern of each storage protein was investigated using one-dimensional SDS-PAGE. Our results showed that the protein content of each fraction in endosperm of autotetraploid rice line is mostly higher than that of its corresponding diploid rice line.

Methods Rabbits were administered by intravaginal amoxicillin and metronidazole solution, then the experimental vaginitis model were established by E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus, were treated with lactobacilli lysates, lactobacilli lysates in lower concentration, lactobacillus fermented broth, the probiotic lactobacillus and N.
