Methods makes Preoperation , locating approximately new nipple position and redundant breast skin range. In operation ,reshaping unfinished breast shape and locating new nipple2areola position finally in near erective position , breast is reducted using inferior pedicle technique. Results From August ,1995 , 34 cases were performed using this method.

术前对新乳头位置和乳房多余皮肤切除范围按下蒂法初步定位，术中在近似直立的体位下对初步形成的乳房再进一步的调整定位，最后确定新乳头乳晕的位置，然后采用下蒂法完成乳房缩小术。

Unilateral thyroidectomy and/or plus isthmusectomy was performed in7patients,subtotal thyroidectomy in3patients,total thyroidectomy in1patients,subtotal thyroidectomy plus pre-and paratracheal and the lateral lymph node dissection in26patients in WDTC,metastasis of cervical lymph nodes were found in15（40.5%）patients.

结果 分化性甲状腺微灶癌（乳头状癌33例，滤泡状癌1例）健康体检发现率52.1%（18/34），术确诊4例，术前疑癌17例，术中快速冰冻病检确诊24例，术后确诊6例，行单侧腺叶或单侧腺叶+峡部切除14例，甲状腺次全切除11例，甲状腺全切1例，合并中央区或颈部淋巴结清扫8例。

All the lesions were composed of palpable masses, including those in 6 patients with breast pain and in 2 patients with bloody nipple discharge. When we analyzed the shape and margin of these 80 lesions, 16 (44%) of 36 lesions composed of round, oal, or lobular masses with sonographically circumscribed margins were proen malignant (Figure 6). Surgery was performed in 32 cases (16 mastectomies and 16 breast conseration surgeries with axillary lymph node dissection).

In their prospective study of 170 carriers of BRCA1 or BRCA2 mutations with a mean follow-up of 2 years, ovarian cancer or a papillary serous carcinoma of the peritoneum developed in 5 of 72 women (6.9%) who elected intensive surveillance. Of 98 women who had prophylactic salpingo-oophorectomy, 3 (3.1%) had early-stage tumors diagnosed at surgery, and 1 (1.0%) developed primary peritoneal cancer during follow-up.
