Objective To evaluate the value of OCT in the early diagnosis of macular micropathology with low visual acuity eyes after cataract phacoemulsification.

目的探讨应用光学相干断层成像术（optical coherence tomography，OCT）早期诊断白内障超声乳化术后低视力眼黄斑微小病变的作用。

The macular micropathology was the main factor in infecting visual functions after cataract phacoemulsification. OCT is a new technique of retinal tomography with sensitive resolving power, It is very valuable in the early diagnosis of macular micropathology with low visual acuity, follow-up and futher treatment after cataract phacoemulsification.

结论在影响白内障超声乳化术后视功能恢复的各种因素中，以视网膜特别是黄斑区视网膜微小病变为主，OCT作为一种新型的高分辨率的视网膜断层成像技术，对于白内障术后造成低视力的黄斑微小病变的早期诊断、病情追踪和治疗效果观察均具有指导作用。

对发酵纯豆乳饮料的调配工艺和稳定性进行了研究，选出对提高酸豆乳饮料稳定性有良好作用的稳定剂配方为羧甲基纤维素钠FH-90.4%、藻酸丙二醇酯0.2%，乳化剂为单甘酯0.067%和蔗糖酯(SE-15)0.083%，确定了最佳均质条件为30MPa 40℃二次均质，杀菌条件为80℃20min的两次常压杀菌，并测定了纯酸豆乳饮料的感官、理化和微生物指标。

Mixing the agent H and washing agent W, the reductive clearing agent WS was acquired.
