结果未添加稳定剂的纳米球表面粘连团聚现象严重，难以成球；乳化聚合法制备的GA-PBCA-NP在透射电镜下观察表面圆整光滑，粒子之间不团聚，不黏连，粒径范围在90～600 nm，包封率为60.49%，载药量为18.15%；界面缩聚法制得的纳米粒表面圆整光滑，粒子之间不团聚，不黏连，粒径大小均匀，都在200 nm左右，包封率为73.87%，载药量为22.23%，两种方法制备的稳定性都较好。
