试验结果表明：香蕉叶石油醚抽出物、叶多糖和叶绿素铜钠盐具有良好的起泡性和稳泡性；其临界胶束浓度CMC值和其该浓度下的表面张力分别为：1.0g/l（34.295 mN/m），1.0g/l（42.398 mN/m），3.0g/l（40.123 mN/m），已经接近或超过参照物的表面活性；香蕉叶石油醚抽出物的乳化能力最强，乳化性能已接近乳化剂吐温-80，其次为叶多糖和叶绿素铜钠盐。
