When the sodium lauryl sulfate and p-octyl polyethylene glycol phenyl ether is used and its level in 3% and 6: 4 ratio, the polymerization process has the lowest coagulum and the highest monomer conversion. Higher reaction temperature and more level hydroxyl value lead to more coagulum, the latter also lead to larger particle size. The acid value has larger influence on viscosity and coagulum, there exist a best range. The emulsion particle size is larger for its hydrophilicity, most of its particles are connected together.

在含较高亲水单体的乳液聚合体系中，难以制得稳定的预乳化液，不能采用工业生产中常用的预乳化工艺，而只能采用混合单体直接滴加的方法；由于单体混合物的亲水亲油值较高，用阴离子型乳化剂十二烷基硫酸钠和非离子型乳化剂聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚混合，用量为单体总量的3％，且比例在6：4时，乳液聚合时具有最低的凝聚物含量和最高的单体转化率；乳液聚合反应温度升高，可以提高单体转化率，增加反应速度，但凝聚率相应提高；随着羟基单体含量的增加，聚合过程中凝聚率增加，聚合物乳胶粒平均直径增加；羧基单体有一个最佳的用量（2.6％），过高或过低凝聚率均提高；羧基含量对乳液的粘度有较大的影响，当羧基含量较低时，羧基含量增加，乳液粘度增加明显；含羟基乳液粒子由于含亲水基团较多，使得乳胶粒径增大，乳胶粒子大多数互相凝聚在一起，处于凝聚态。

Complex flocculant PASS has the abilities of neutralizing electric charge and flocculating. The experimental results show: it is feasible that the emulsion wastewater can be treated into qualified discharging water. The dosage of flocculants and pH value have been optimized by coagulation experiments. In addition the mechanism for emulsion wastewater has been studied by using Perron timed complex colorimetric method and neutralization method. Aiming at characteristics of high concentration and high CODCr emulsion wastewater the technology that emphasized on coagulation-precipitation twice has been proposed in this paper.

本文采用复合型絮凝剂处理乳化液废水，研究结果表明，乳化液废水的处理过程包括凝聚脱稳及吸附絮凝，其中絮凝是决定混凝效果的关键性步骤，复合型絮凝剂聚硅酸硫酸铝是一种既具有较强的电中和能力，又具有优异的絮凝性能的无机混凝剂，通过对乳化液废水药剂筛选实验，实验结果表明聚硅酸硫酸铝对乳化液废水是比较合适的混凝剂，并确定了药剂的最佳投药量、最佳pH值条件等操作参数，针对乳化液废水的特点，综合国内外研究成果和经验，提出了二次混凝沉淀处理方案，该方案具有处理设备结构简单、运行管理简便等优点。

Through the analysis on the production process of L-TSA oil, the factors of affecting the demulsibility of steam turbine oil are sought from the base oil, additive and blending process.

通过对L-TSA油品的调合过程进行分析，分别从基础油、添加剂和调合工艺过程三方面探寻制约汽轮机油抗乳化性能提高的原因，研究发现基础油的白土吸附深度、水分含量对基础油本身的破乳化性能影响显著，从而导致用其调制的汽轮机油抗乳化性出现相应变化；而添加剂中金属减活剂和防锈剂的加剂量对成品油的抗乳化性能有一定的影响。

The type, hydrophile lipophile balance value,content and their mixture of surfactant have great influence on the emulsion droplet diameter.

METHODS:Two hundred and seventy-one eyes of 219 patients with hard nucleus cataract, grading level IV or V, were operated with anteroposterior interceptive chop method for splitting the nucleus, and then with phacoemulsification. RESULTS:The hard nucleus of the 271 eyes were successfully routed. The average phaco time was 57.4 s.
