本研究建立山羊黏多醣症遗传缺陷之单股构型多态性基因型检测方法，应用此方法来检测乙醯醣胺氨基硫酸酶(N-acetylglucosamine 6-sulfatase， G6S)基因型不再需要使用限制酶，可节省检测时间、成本与人力。G6S基因的遗传变异在山羊黏多醣症第三型扮演重要的角色。

以下乃是由上述样品族群之氢光谱所得之结论；孕妇的脑脊髓液具有低浓度的脊髓糖；胺基酸(如丙氨酸；麸氨酸和甘氨酸)和肌酸酐；有酮体生成，糖尿病患的脊髓液在氢核光谱显示高浓度的脊髓糖，另外有丙酮酸；乙醯乙酸盐和甘氨酸的强烈共振讯号，而具摄护腺肥大症或是尿道结石的病患，具有高浓度的肌酸酐在其CSF的氢光谱中。

Therefore, the aim of this research is to compare the antioxidant, acetylcholinesterase-inhibiting and monoamine oxidase -inhibiting activities of these four parts of Morus alba. In addition, I also explored the mechanism of the ameliorating effects of scopoletin on the scopolamine induced memory impairment in rats.

因此，本研究针对桑四个药用部位之甲醇抽提物进行抗氧化活性及对乙醯胆碱酯酶、单胺氧化酶的抑制活性之分析比较，之后再探讨其香豆素类成分 scopoletin对 scopolamine 诱发大鼠记忆障碍之影响，及其改善作用机制。

The mechanism of the ameliorating effects of scopoletin was related to the increase on the NE and DA concentrations in cortex by selectively inhibiting the activity of acetylcholinesterase and monoamine oxidase.

而桑之成分 scopoletin 具改善scopolamine 诱导大鼠记忆障碍作用，其机转与降低大鼠脑内皮质区乙醯胆碱酯酶及单胺氧化酶活性，增加皮质区内 NE 及 DA 浓度有关。

Finally, scopoletin ameliorated the scopolamine induced memory impairment on water maze and elevated plus maze in rats. Scopoletin selectively inhibited the activity of acetylcholinesterase and monoamine oxidase, and increased the NE and DA concentrations in cortex.

最后，scopoletin 於 0.03、0.1 mg/kg 剂量下，对 scopolamine 诱导大鼠在水迷宫以及十字迷宫学习操作障碍之现象均具有改善作用影响，此作用应与降低大鼠脑内皮质区乙醯胆碱酯酶及单胺氧化酶活性，增加皮质区内 NE 及 DA 浓度有关。
