For metabolites of strain SIPI-800, three active compounds were found, named as SIPI-800-1, 2 and 3 respectively, moreover SIPI-800-1 was new compound showing immunosuppressant activity and moderate anti- anaerobic activity; 2 and 3 were isoflavones with estrogenic activity, attracting activity to fungal zoospores, inhibiting alcohol dehydrogenase and aldehyde dehydrogenase I activities.

对SIPI-800菌株的代谢产物研究，分离出3个活性化合物，分别命名为：SIPI-800-1、2和3，其中1化合物为文献没有报道的新化合物，具有免疫抑制活性（1ug/ml浓度抑制NK细胞88.9%的活性）和弱的抗厌氧菌活性；2和3为异黄酮化合物，分别为Daidzein和Genisten的7甲基化衍生物，具有雌激素活性、强吸引真菌游动孢子、抑制乙醇或醛脱氢酶等活性。
