Optimization of the extracting method of Chlorogenic Acid from Flos Lonicerae was studied by three different methods of ultrasonic extraction, sorbitic extraction, and improved method of sorbitic extraction.

采用超声波法、索氏法、改良索氏法3种方法分别从金银花中提取绿原酸，用紫外光谱法和高效液相色谱法对其进行定性定量分析。同时用金银花乙醇提取物及纯化的绿原酸对乳房炎主要致病菌进行抑菌试验。

In addition, a further study was made of the technique of extraction, isolation and purification of GLA. The factional extraction used in the laboratory with n-hexane and ethanol was changed into the whole extraction of 6〓 solvent, which simplified production technique and reduced cost of production. The fungal lipid extracted from the fermentation in the medium-scale test was concentrated by the urea adducting method with methanol as solvent, at 75～80℃ for 3 hours. After GLA had been adducted twice, the content of GLA came up to 84. 25%, around a twelfth as much as the original concentration.

并对γ—亚麻酸的提取和分离纯化工艺进行了研究，将实验室中用正己烷和乙醇分步抽提的工艺改为用6〓溶剂一步抽提技术，从而简化了生产工艺，降低了生产成本；采用脲素包合法，以甲醇作为溶剂，温度控制在75～80℃，包合时间为3h，对中试发酵所提取的菌油进行了浓缩，γ—亚麻酸两次包合后，GLA含量达到84.25%，比原浓度浓缩了近十二倍。

During the preparation, when the water was used as solvent, the sodium stearate is dispersed by the acid-base neutralization reaction between sodium silicate and stearic acid in water solution, and is encapsuled by the reverse reaction; while when the alcohol/water mixed solution was used, the dispersion and encapsulation of the stearic acid is accomplished via esterification and hydrolysis in alcohol/water solvent.

Thinking of presenting problems, this research mainly studied some solid base catalysts which own higher catalysis ability and longer lifetime. Then, the phase diagram and equilibrium data of oil-alcohol-biodiesel-glycerol multiphase system were measured because the biodiesel producing process lacks of thermodynamic data.Based on a double-membranes theory and the thermodynamic data, a kinetic model was proposed. In addition, a mult-step extraction process was proposed to dispose the jatropha curcas l oil with high acid value in order to decrease the acid value. Then, a new technology of biodiesel producing using solid base as a catalyst was developed. The study objects and results are as follows.

本研究针对负载型固体碱催化剂活性组分易流失、使用寿命短的缺点，制备了高效、稳定的固体碱催化剂；针对生物柴油制备体系热力学数据缺乏的问题，测定了大豆油-醇-生物柴油-甘油体系的相图和平衡特性，在此基础上基于双膜理论，建立了固体碱制备生物柴油的动力学模型；同时针对酸价较高的麻疯果油，提出了先用甲醇或乙醇多级萃取降低酸价，再用固体碱催化制备的新工艺。
