乙酰乙酸酯

Two compounds were isolated from ethyl acetate extract of the fermentation of fungus 07-11,which obtained from the soil of Yunnan Province. They were identified as N-(4-hydroxy-2-methoxyphenyl)acetamide (1) and ergosta-7,22-diene-3,6-dione (2) respectively on the basis of spectral analyses and physical and chemical identifications.

从云南土壤真菌07-11号菌株的发酵液乙酸乙酯萃取物中分离得到2个化合物，通过理化鉴别和光谱测定，鉴定两化合物分别为N-(4-羟基-2-甲氧苯基)乙酰胺(1)和麦角甾7，22-二烯-3，6-二酮(2)。

They are named as 3-methyl-4-hydro-8-acetyl-furanonaphth-9-one and 1hydroxy-2-methoxy-3-acetyl-4, 8-dimethyl-5, 8-dihydro-naphthalene.

从采自甘肃省碌曲县的三角叶蟹甲草全草的甲醇提取物的石油醚部分和乙酸乙酯部分中，采用同样方法分离得到22个化合物，鉴定了其中的15个化合物，其中有2个为新化合物，分别命名为3-甲基-4-氢-8-乙酰基-呋喃萘-9-酮（2）和1-羟基-2-甲氧基-3-乙酰基-4，8-二甲基-5，8-二氢-萘（3）。

The condensation of aromatic aldehydes with active methylene compounds like malononitrile, cyanoacetamide and ethyl cyanoacetate has been found to proceed very efficiently at room temperature giving excellent yields, but the condensation of heteroaromatic,α,β-unsaturated and aliphatic aldehydes with active methylene compounds proceeded smoothly in 50~65℃ with good yields and the reactions of aromatic, aliphatic ketones as well as p-phthalaldehyde with malononitrile also proceeded in 75~85℃ with moderate yields.

芳香醛与活泼亚甲基化合物如丙二腈、氰基乙酸乙酯、氰基乙酰胺的缩合在室温下即能顺利进行，获得了很高的收率；而对于杂环芳醛、α，β-不饱和的醛以及脂肪醛与活泼亚甲基化合物的缩合，需在50~65℃下进行，也取得了很高的收率；对于脂肪酮、芳香酮以及二元醛与丙二腈的缩合在75~85℃下也能顺利地进行，获得中等以上的收率。

Chapter 2 has analysized the conversly synthetic means of solanesol and designed novelly synthetic routes of solanesol and key intermediate Chapter 3 has summarized the preparation of trans-3-methyl-4-hydroxy (bromo-2-butenyl oxy methyl benzene In chapter 4 ,a novel technology of important intermediate(all trans-8-bromo geranyl acetate),which is suitable for industrial procedure , was found .meanwhile,an another new way has been invented ,of which the key intermediate (all trans-8-hydroxy geranyl acetate) has been produced.

第二部分分析了茄尼醇的逆合成方法，设计了一条适合于合成茄尼醇的合成路线及其重要中间体的合成路线。第三部分研究了重要中间体[Trans-3-甲基-4-羟基-2-丁烯基乙酰基(苄基，2，3-二氢吡喃基)醚]的合成新方法，找到了一条适合于工业化生产的制备反式-3-甲基-4-羟基-2-丁烯基苄基醚的新方法。第四部分研究了重要中间体[-3，7-二甲基-8-羟基-2，6-辛二烯-1-醇乙酸酯、-3，7-二甲基-8-溴-2，6-辛二烯-1-醇乙酸酯]的合成新方法，找到了一条适合于工业化生产的制备它们的新方法；同时研究了一条制备-3，7-二甲基-8-羟基-2，6-辛二烯-1-醇乙酸酯的另一新方法。

The similar nicotinoyltrifluoroacetones are synthesized from acetylpyridine and ethyl trifluoroacetate through Claisen reaction.The influnences of alcoholic natrium,reaction temperature and solvent on reaction yield is studied.The subliming method is improved.

本文以乙酰吡啶和三氟乙酸乙酯为主要原料，利用克莱森酯缩合反应，合成了三种相似结构的吡啶甲酰三氟丙酮化合物，考察了碱性试剂醇钠、反应温度和溶剂等因素对反应产率的影响，改进了纯化产物的方法。
