Eight novel N,N′-naphthalene acyl substituted aromatic acylamino thiocarbamide s(Ⅱ1~Ⅱ8) were synthesized from aryl acylhydrazine and α-naphthalene acyl isothiocyanate, which was obtained by the reaction of potassium thiocyanate with α-naphthalene acyl chloride obtained from 2-naphthylacetic acid and thionyl chloride in anhydrous benzene.

通过α-萘乙酸和SOCl2在无水苯中反应制得α-萘乙酰氯，与硫氰酸钾反应生成α-萘乙酰基异硫氰酸酯，再与芳基酰肼进行加成反应，合成8种新型N，N′-萘乙酰基取代芳乙酰胺基硫脲类化合物(Ⅱ1～Ⅱ8)。

A novel compound——N-naphthalene acylN′-substituted p-chlorobenzamido thiocarbamide was synthesized by reaction of p-chlorobenzamido hydrazine and α-naphthalene acyl mustard oil,which was obtained by potassium thiocyanate combined with α-naphthalene acyl chloride formed from α-naphthylacetic acid and SOCl2 in anhydrous benzene.

通过α-萘乙酸和SOCl2在无水苯中反应制得α-萘乙酰氯，然后与硫氰酸钾反应生成α-萘乙酰基异硫氰酸酯，再与对氯苯甲酰肼进行加成反应，合成了新型化合物N-萘乙酰基-N′-对氯苯甲酰氨基硫脲，用薄层色谱法跟踪最后一步反应，确定了反应时间。

Naphthalene acetyl chloride was prepared firstly by the reaction between α-naphthylacetic acid and SOCl2 in anhydrous benzene,then reacted with potassium thiocyanate to obtain α-naphthalene acetyl isosulfocyanate,as taking an addition reaction with p-chloro benzoyl hydrazine the novel compound N-naphthalene acetyl-N'-p-chloro benzoylamino thiocarbamide was finally synthesized.

The results showed that there were 8 kinds of aliphatic, 5 kinds of esters, 2 kinds of aldehydes, 2 kinds of nitrogen sulfur heterocyclic rings and one kind of hydrocarbon, alcoholics, ketone, lactones respectively in the analyzed 21 kinds of aroma components, and the content of furfural,β-methyl valeric acid, palmitic acid, nicotine, neohytadiene were higher, next were acetyl ethyl propionate, caleric acid, phenyl ethyl acetate, hydroxylic diethyl succinate.

结果表明，在分析出的21种香气成分中，分别有脂肪酸类8种，酯类5种，醛类2种，氮硫杂环类2种，烃类、醇类、酮类、内酯类各l种，其中相对含量较高的物质成分是糠醛、β-甲基戊酸、十六碳酸、烟碱、新植二烯，其次是乙酰丙酸乙酯、异戊酸、苯乙酸乙酯、羟基丁二酸二乙酯等。

A series of p-toluene sulfonylamido acetacylhydrazone derivatives were synthesized from p-toluenesulfonyl chloride which reacted with glycine to get the intermediate p-toluene sulfonylamido glycine, then through the esterification, hydrazinolysis to afford another intermediate p-toluene sulfonylamido acethydrazide, which condensed with different aldehydes to obtain the target compounds that were characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR spectra and elemental analysis.

In order to supply basic thermodynamic data for the separation design of acetyl acetone from the isomerization reaction of isopropenyl acetate,vapor-liquid equilibrium data of isopropenyl acetate-acetyl acetone system under 101.3 kPa was measured using Ellis equilibrium still.

The first synthetic route uses 1,2,4-trimethoxybenzene and chloroacetonitrile in forming 2,4,5-trimethoxy-a-chlor-acetophenone under the anhydrous condition, then the intermediate condensates with papaverine forming the core pyrro[2,l-a]isoquinoline, followed by formation and lactonization to form the lactone ring. The second synthetic route uses prepared aldehyde with prepared ethyl nitroacetate by Knoevenagel condensation to obtain 2-Nitro-3-(2,4,5-tris-methoxy-phenyl)-acrylic acid ethyl ester and 2-Nitro-3-(2,4,5-tris-benzyloxy -phenyl)-acrylic acid ethyl ester etal intermediates. The lamellarin skeleton could arise from condensation of the papaverine and these intermediates by Michael reaction, the ester group is provided for subsequent lactonization. The third synthetic route uses coumarin or indan-l,3-dione derivatives and papaverine to form lamellarin under basic conditions.

第一条路线首先从1，2，4-三甲氧基苯出发与卤乙腈作用合成卤代芳酮中间体，然后与罂粟碱反应合成开链片螺素，最后经乙酰化、去保护、成内酯环得到片螺素；第二条路线由制备的芳醛和制备的硝基乙酸乙酯经缩合得到2-硝基-3-芳基丙烯酸乙酯，然后由该中间体与罂粟碱反应，在完成关环的同时也引入酯基，最后去保护、成内酯环得到片螺素；第三条路线是由香豆素或茚二酮出发，经溴代后的中间体与罂粟碱反应，得到片螺素的基本框架。

RESULTS: 12 compounds were isolated and identified as aurantiamide acetate (1), aurantiamide benzoate (2), physcion (3), scopoletin (4), vanillin (5), coniferyl aldehyde (6), syringaldehyde (7), syringic acid (8), luteolin (9), apigenin (10), azelaic acid (11), dotriacontanic acid (12), respectively.

结果：从羊耳菊全草的氯仿和乙酸乙酯部分共分离得到12个化合物，分别鉴定为橙黄胡椒酰胺乙酸酯(1)，橙黄胡椒酰胺苯甲酸酯(2)，大黄素甲醚(3)，东莨菪亭(4)，香草醛(5)，松柏醛(6)，丁香醛(7)，丁香酸(8)，木犀草素(9)，芹菜素(10)，壬二酸(11)，三十二烷酸(12)。
