In this paper, acetanilide used as start material was chlorosulfonated, then reacted with alkylamines with different length of carbon chain to prepare 4 p-acetylaminophenylsulfonylalkylamine.

本文以乙酰苯胺为起始原料，经氯磺化后分别和不同碳链的正烷基胺反应制得4种不同碳链长度的对乙酰氨基苯磺酰烷基胺，将其水解后制得了对氨基苯磺酰正丁胺、对氨基苯磺酰正辛胺、对氨基苯磺酰正十二胺和对氨基苯磺酰正十八胺。

Methods 4-Hydroxy- benzonitrile was treated with sodium hydrogen sulfide and anhydrous magnesium chloride in dimethyl formamide to give thioamide, which was then directly cyclized with ethyl 2-chloroacetoacetate without separation to give ethyl 2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-4-methylthiazole-5-carboxylate(2) in one-pot; then 2 was formylated with Duff reaction adopting hexamethylenetetramine in trifluoroacetic acid to give ethyl 2-(3-formyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)-4-methylthiazole-5-carboxylate(3); finally, the target compound was obtained by the treatment of 3 with hydroxylamine hydrochloride and sodium formate in formic acid.

采用"一勺烩"方法，以4-羟基苯甲腈为起始原料，首先与硫氢化钠和无水氯化镁在N，N-二甲基甲酰胺中反应，所得中间体不经分离，直接加入2-氯乙酰乙酸乙酯进行环合反应，得到2-(4-羟基)苯基-4-甲基-5-噻唑甲酸乙酯（2）；然后通过六亚甲基四胺/三氟乙酸进行Duff反应，得到2-(3-甲酰基-4-羟基)苯基-4-甲基-5-噻唑甲酸乙酯（3）；再经盐酸羟胺/甲酸/甲酸钠体系脱水得到目标化合物。

Finally, reacting II with PhNCO givethe compound 1-(6-nitrobenzimidazol-l-acetyl)-4-phenylsemicarbazide,III in the presence of〓 give the new cyclic compound 2-phenylamino-5-(6-nitrobenzimidazol- 1-methylene)-l,3,4-oxadiazole.

第三部分：以6-硝基苯并咪唑-1-乙酰肼为原料，分别与取代苯甲醛、苯乙酮及乙酰基二茂铁进行缩合反应，合成了10个新的6-硝基苯并咪唑-1-乙酰腙衍生物。

A novel compound——N-naphthalene acylN′-substituted p-chlorobenzamido thiocarbamide was synthesized by reaction of p-chlorobenzamido hydrazine and α-naphthalene acyl mustard oil,which was obtained by potassium thiocyanate combined with α-naphthalene acyl chloride formed from α-naphthylacetic acid and SOCl2 in anhydrous benzene.

通过α-萘乙酸和SOCl2在无水苯中反应制得α-萘乙酰氯，然后与硫氰酸钾反应生成α-萘乙酰基异硫氰酸酯，再与对氯苯甲酰肼进行加成反应，合成了新型化合物N-萘乙酰基-N′-对氯苯甲酰氨基硫脲，用薄层色谱法跟踪最后一步反应，确定了反应时间。

Naphthalene acetyl chloride was prepared firstly by the reaction between α-naphthylacetic acid and SOCl2 in anhydrous benzene,then reacted with potassium thiocyanate to obtain α-naphthalene acetyl isosulfocyanate,as taking an addition reaction with p-chloro benzoyl hydrazine the novel compound N-naphthalene acetyl-N'-p-chloro benzoylamino thiocarbamide was finally synthesized.

通过α-萘乙酸和SOC l2在无水苯中反应制得α-萘乙酰氯，然后与硫氰酸钾反应生成α-萘乙酰基异硫氰酸酯，再与对氯苯甲酰肼进行加成反应，生成新型化合物N-萘乙酰基-N'-对氯苯甲酰氨基硫脲。

After the diazotization ,2-aminophenol-4-(2-'carboxy)sulfanil phenylamine was coupled with acetoacetanilide,2-naphthol,1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone,1-naphthol-4-sulfonic acid,separately to get the different diazotized compounds,then complexed with potassium chromium sulfate or cobaltous chloride to obtain the yellow,orange,red,purple,blue and other colour dyestuffs.

The simulation results show that the free energy of hydrogenation of acetylacetone iron to prepare enol-acetylacetone is less than that of the reaction to produce keto-acetylacetone at the same temperature.

Synthesis process of 2,6-dichloro-3-methylaniline was investigated 3-methylaniline was first N-acetylated with acetic anhydride,then treated with chlorosulphonic acid and ammonia yielding the 2-methyl-4--benzenesulfonic amide,which wasin turn deacetylated,chlorinated and hydrolyzed to the title compound.Hydrochloric acid was used instead of sodium hydroxide in deacetylation and sodium chlorate instead of hydrogen peroxide as oxidant in chlorination.

The main results and conclusions are as followings.1, The histone deacetylase inhibitors were used to feed the larve of the fly, and then the polytene chromosomes were observed under the microscope.

得到的主要结果和结论如下： 1，通过用去乙酰化酶抑制剂处理果蝇幼虫，观察果蝇多线染色体在热休克基因处的形态变化，发现去乙酰化酶抑制剂介导的乙酰化水平的升高可引起染色体结构的显著变化，推测乙酰化修饰不仅影响分子间的相互作用而且还可以影响染色体的高级结构。

Guanine can quench the phthalhydrazidylazoacetylacetone's ECL in acid medium, and the linear concentration range of guanine relative to the ECL intensity is from 2.0×10~(-6) to 1.0×10~(-5) mol/L.The mechanism of phthalhydrazidylazoacetylacetone's ECL on the surface of ITO glass has been discussed according the experimental phenomenon.The phenomenon of ITO self-luminescence has also been studied.It has been found that the machanism of phthalhydrazidylazoacetylacetone on the surface of ITO in different medium is dissimilarity. The phenomenon of ITO self-luminescence may be caused by the interaction of the active oxygen element and ITO's surface.

鸟嘌呤在弱酸性介质中3-(1-乙酰丙酮偶氮)苯二甲酰肼的电化学发光具有显著的淬灭作用，2.0×10~(-6)～1.0×10~(-5) mol/L浓度范围内，电化学发光强度与鸟嘌呤的浓度成良好的线性关系根据相关试验现象对3-(1-乙酰丙酮偶氮)苯二甲酰肼在氧化铟锡玻璃电极上的电化学发光机理进行了初步探讨，并对氧化铟锡玻璃电极自身发光现象进行了研究，研究发现在不同酸度环境中，3-(1-乙酰丙酮偶氮)苯二甲酰肼在氧化铟锡玻璃电极上电化学发光的机理是显著不同的；ITO自身发光可能是由活性氧系分子与ITO镀膜玻璃电极表面相作用引起的。
