乙酯

Seven compounds have been isolated from hard coral Acropora pulchra. These compounds are:pentadecoic acid, heptadecyl ester;(2)n-cetanol;(3)batyl alcohol;(4) N- [ 1 --2-hydroxyl--3,7-heptad-ecadienal] -hexadecanamide;(5)1 -0-hexanoyl-glycerol ester;(6)thymine;(7)uracil. Their structures were determined by IR, MS, HNMR, 13CNMR analysis.

从北海佳丽鹿角珊瑚Acropora pulchra乙醇提取液的乙酸乙酯部分分离出七个化合物，经IR、MS、~1HNMR、~(13)CNMR等波谱方法鉴定，其结构分别为：(1)十五酸十七酯，(2)正十六碳醇，(3)鲨肝醇，(4)N-1-羟基甲基-2-羟基—-3，7-十七碳二烯基十六酸酰胺，(5)1-正十六酸甘油酯，(6)胸腺嘧啶，(7)尿嘧啶。

The degree of butyryl substitution of CAB increased and the degree of acetyl substitution of CAB decreased as the butyryl mol content in the reaction system increased.

制备得到的纤维素醋酸丁酸酯的丁酯取代度最高可达2.53，乙酯取代度最高可达2.98。

The anion UV cured water soluble prepolymer was synthesized with toluene diisocyanate, dihydroxy compound, dihydroxyalkyl carboxylic acid, and polyurethane acrylate. The structure of the prepolymer was characterized by infrared spectroscopy.

RESULTS: 12 compounds were isolated and identified as aurantiamide acetate (1), aurantiamide benzoate (2), physcion (3), scopoletin (4), vanillin (5), coniferyl aldehyde (6), syringaldehyde (7), syringic acid (8), luteolin (9), apigenin (10), azelaic acid (11), dotriacontanic acid (12), respectively.

结果：从羊耳菊全草的氯仿和乙酸乙酯部分共分离得到12个化合物，分别鉴定为橙黄胡椒酰胺乙酸酯(1)，橙黄胡椒酰胺苯甲酸酯(2)，大黄素甲醚(3)，东莨菪亭(4)，香草醛(5)，松柏醛(6)，丁香醛(7)，丁香酸(8)，木犀草素(9)，芹菜素(10)，壬二酸(11)，三十二烷酸(12)。

结果表明：亚磷酸三乙酯：三羟甲基丙烷：甲基磷酸二甲酯的摩尔比为1.05：1：1.2，自制复合有机酸为酯交换反应催化剂，质量分数为0.1%，反应温度85℃，反应时间3 h，自制复合有机碱为加成反应的催化剂，质量分数为1.0%，反应温度200℃，反应时间8 h，酯交换反应收率95.0%，加成反应收率90.0%。

The products were identified by IR,NMR,MS and elemental analysis. In our method,K.OH was used in place of NaOH to synthesize benzyl ester of 3,5-dimethyl-4-hydroxybenzoic acid,2',6'-dimethyl-4'-(n-succinimidyloxycarbonyl) phenyl-acridinium-9-carboxylate was purified on a silica gel column with chloroform/ethylacetate(4:l,v/v) as eluent and further purified by triturating with hexane/acetone(2:l,v/v).The luminescence produced by DMAE-NHS is a flash light with maximumemission at 0.4s and decay half-time of 0.9s. The luminescence intensity is 6.11x10 cps/mol,which is affected by the composition of trigger and surfactant.

DMAE·NHS的合成是本论文的关键和难点，我们对文献方法进行改进：文献方法用氢氧化钠与3，5-二甲基-4-羟基苯甲酸反应制得3，5-甲基-4-羟基苯甲酸钠，再用3，5-二甲基-4-羟基苯甲酸钠与苄氯作用制备3，5-二甲基-4-羟基苯甲酸苄酯，我们用氢氧化钾代替氢氧化钠，使合成取得成功；在合成2'，6'-二甲基-4'-苯基-吖啶-9-甲酸酯时，文献方法对粗产品进行两次硅胶柱层析纯化，第一次柱层析用氯仿/乙酸乙酯(4：1，Ⅴ：Ⅴ)作溶剂和淋洗剂，第二次柱层析用己烷/丙酮(2：1，Ⅴ：Ⅴ)作溶剂和淋洗剂，按照文献方法得到的不是所需要的化合物，我们只进行第一次柱层析纯化，然后用己烷/丙酮(2：1，Ⅴ：Ⅴ)进行研磨，过滤，洗涤，除去溶于己烷/丙酮(2：1，Ⅴ：Ⅴ)的部分，得到所需要的产品。

According to the results of the former study in our laboratory, trans-1, 2-cyclohexanediol is produced with a lot of acids and water, for extraction of trans-1, 2-cyclohexanediol from the solution, ethyl acetate and butyl acetate were used as extraction reagents, the solubility data of the trans-1, 2-cyclohexanediol in corresponding mixed solvents of some sorts of acetates and water are needed.
