Methods Vaginoplasty with sigmoid was applied to 18 cases,and vulvar inguinal skin flap transfer to 5 cases.

2 3例先天性无阴道患者，采用乙状结肠阴道成形术治疗 18例，行阴股沟皮瓣移植阴道成形术治疗 5例，对两种手术方法的疗效、手术时间、出血量、术后住院时间和住院费用进行比较。

Results The operation failed in 1 case in the Peritoneal Group, requiring a conversion to open sigmoid loop vaginoplasty.

结果 腹腔镜腹膜阴道成形术组 1例失败，改乙状结肠阴道成形术，2组无手术并发症及术后病率。

Methods 112 cases suffered from congenital absence of vagina were treated by four types of vaginoplasty,including 31 of amniotic membrane transplantation,22 of Vecchitti's method,35 of sigmoid colon vaginoplasty,and 24 of pelvic peritoneum transfer method.

方法112例先天性无阴道患者分别采用以下4种手术方法治疗：①羊膜移植法31例；②Vecchitti氏手术22例；③乙状结肠代阴道手术35例；④盆腔腹膜移植法24例。

Results 96 patients were successfully operated with Luohu's vaginoplasty, 3 cases were conversed to sigmoid colon vaginoplasty with laparotomy, 1 patient was operated with laparoscopic ileum vaginoplasty.

结果： 100例手术中，3例中转开腹改行乙状结肠阴道成形术，1例行腹腔镜回肠阴道成形术，余96例完成腹腔镜腹膜阴道成形术。
