The magnetic polymer complex microspheres with core-shell structure were synthesized by copolymerizing of pyrrolidone acid and methacrylic on surface of Fe3O4 particles modified by OP, using potassium persulfate as a initiator.

以N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮和甲基丙烯酸为原料，过硫酸钾为引发剂，采用乳液聚合的方法共聚包埋自制的磁流体Fe3O4，制得了Fe3O4/P核壳复合微球。

Methods N-vinyl pyrrolidone, the hydrophilic monomer, was grafted onto the surface of silicone breast implants by 60Co radiation.The implants were buried in the bilateral subcutaneous layers of the back of rabbits.The unchanged implants were used as the control group.

利用钴60共辐射的方法把亲水性单体 N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮接枝到硅胶乳房假体表面，改变其表面特性后植入兔的背部，以未经改性的正常假体作为对照组，隔一定时间通过组织切片及CT扫描的方法观察假体周围纤维囊壁的形成情况。
