In the wet-process phosphoric acid production from the Hubei phosphate ore, one of the bothersome problems is that potassium fluosilicate and sodium fluosilicate scales are liable to form on the filtration system owing to its high potassium and sodium content, which greatly restrains the application of Hubei phosphate ore.

本文首先采用人工冷却系统模拟湿法磷酸生产的真空过滤系统冷却过程，研究垢物的析出规律，实验结果得知：垢物的主要成分为氟硅酸钠和氟硅酸钾，氟硅酸钠首先析出，结构致密，其次是氟硅酸钾，最后是二水硫酸钙，氟硅酸钠对氟硅酸钾有很强的结晶诱导作用；然后在三种生产中常用的不同的材质钼二钛、聚氯乙烯和聚四氟乙烯表面进行结垢试验，发现聚四氟乙烯表面最不易结垢，而在钼二钛表面最易结垢。

In chapter 4 an abnormal reaction that the nitro group of 1-aryl-2-nitroethenescan be easily replaced by the organic moity of FG-RZnI using Ni〓 and tertiaryamine as catalyst was first given. The experimental results show that in the presenceof catalytic amount of Ni〓 and tertiary amines, the reaction of FG-RZnI andl-aryl-2-nitroethenes give the substitution products l-aryl-l-alkene, instead ofMichael addition products.

The effects of feeding way of phosphorus pentoxide, ratio of C8H174OH to P2O5, reaction temperature and time on the synthesized isooctanol polyethenoxy ether phosphate were investigated. Its optimum synthesis technology conditions were as follows: feeding at batches while stirring tempestuously at 45℃, the ratio of nC8H17(EO4OH:n(P2O5)=2:1, esterifying at 70℃ for 4h, and add given volume of water at 70℃ for hydrolysing 2h.

Hydrophobic-hydrophilic macroporous polydivinylbenzene/polyacrylethylenediamine interpenetrating polymer networks (PDVB/PAEM IPN) were prepared by the sequential suspension polymerization method. These were composed of two networks, of which one was hydrophobic and the other was hydrophilic. The objective of this work was to study the adsorption thermodynamics and adsorption kinetics of this hydrophobic- hydrophilic IPN. The focus was on adsorption isotherms of vanillin at different temperatures, and these fit well into the Freundlich adsorption isotherm. The isosteric adsorption enthalpy, adsorption Gibbs free energies and the adsorption entropy could be calculated according to thermodynamic functions.
