为了制得性能优越木器用水性聚氨酯乳液，首先我们从制备水性聚氨酯用的原料聚酯二元醇入手，我们设计了分子量为1000的聚酯二元醇，它使用邻苯二甲酸酐和己二酸以摩尔比40：60混合后再与乙二醇反应，反应时醇的摩尔过量15%，真空时间8小时，所得的聚酯二元醇，在此条件下酸值基本上能符合用作聚氨酯原料的要求，所测得的分子量也与设计的分子量非常接近，且用它来制得的水性聚氨酯乳液，其涂膜硬度，相对于单独用脂肪族聚酯二元醇制备的水性聚氨酯的要优。

A novel anionic gemini surfactant,didodecyl-ethoxylate bis-sodium sulfate was prepared in three steps using lauryl alcohol,glycol-epiglyceride and chlorosulfonic acid as raw materials and BF_3-ethyl ether as catalyst.The chemical structure of the product was confirmed by IR spectrum.
