Techniques:Ethylene glycol is the most important downstream products of ethylene. Although the domestic glycol production has been increasing, demand still overweighs supply. Every year there are plenty of imports to satisfy the great domestic market demand.

工艺技术简述：乙二醇是乙烯最重要的下游产品，虽然国内乙二醇产量虽呈逐年递增趋势，但仍然长期处于供不应求状态，每年都有大量的进口，国内市场基本依靠进口满足需求，市场供求矛盾较大。

The technology of separation and purification of the interesting protein was studied, centrifuge the sample and get the clear supernatant, remove protein by 50％ ethanol, concentrate by drying with freezing way, remove salt and pigment by dialysing, separation with G-50 and CM-cellulose52 column, concentrate by PEG6000, The purified sample was a single band after separation by SDS-PAGE.

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate use of peginterferon-alpha2a plus ribavirin to re-treat nonresponders to peginterferon-alpha2b plus ribavirin.

Methods Sixty male SD rats were randomly divided into six groups (n=10).
