The results showed that there were 8 kinds of aliphatic, 5 kinds of esters, 2 kinds of aldehydes, 2 kinds of nitrogen sulfur heterocyclic rings and one kind of hydrocarbon, alcoholics, ketone, lactones respectively in the analyzed 21 kinds of aroma components, and the content of furfural,β-methyl valeric acid, palmitic acid, nicotine, neohytadiene were higher, next were acetyl ethyl propionate, caleric acid, phenyl ethyl acetate, hydroxylic diethyl succinate.

结果表明，在分析出的21种香气成分中，分别有脂肪酸类8种，酯类5种，醛类2种，氮硫杂环类2种，烃类、醇类、酮类、内酯类各l种，其中相对含量较高的物质成分是糠醛、β-甲基戊酸、十六碳酸、烟碱、新植二烯，其次是乙酰丙酸乙酯、异戊酸、苯乙酸乙酯、羟基丁二酸二乙酯等。

In order to obtain versatile ulitity of host molecules, three new chiral calix [4] crown ethers containing aza, thio atoms bearing two chiral sites provided by -cysteine ester were synthesized by the condensation of calix [4] arene diacid dichloride with oligoethylene glycol bridged bis-amino acid methyl ester. All new compounds were characterized by NMR, MS and elemental analysis.

以-半胱氨酸为手性源，利用多甘醇二氯醚在碱性条件下对半胱氨酸巯基进行烷基化反应，成功地合成了多甘醇醚链桥联的半胱氨酸衍生物，醚化反应后，在高度稀释条件下与对叔丁基杯[4]芳烃二乙酰氯进行双功能基缩合反应成功地合成了新型的手性杯[4]含氮、硫杂冠醚，并利用〓H NMR、MS等谱图手段对其结构进行了表征。

Results Eleven compounds were obtained and identified as sarcodonin A, scabronine B, 3β-hydroxy-5α, 8a-epidioxyergosta-6, 22-dien,(22E, 24R)-ergosta-7, 22-diene-3β, 5α, 6β-triol,(22E, 24R)-ergosta-7, 22-diene-3β-ol, benzoic acid, 4-hydroxylben-zaldehyde, 4-monopropanoylbenzenediol, ethy1-β-D-glucopyranoside, thioacetic anhydride,(2S, 2'R, 3S, 4R)-2-(2-hydroxyoctadecanoylamino) docosane-1, 3, 4-triol.

结果共分离鉴定了11个化合物，分别是：sarcodonin A、scabronine B、3β羟－5α，5α-过氧麦角甾－6，22-二烯－3β-醇、(22E，24R)-麦角甾－7，22-二烯－3β，5α，6β三醇、(22E，24R)-麦角甾－7，22-二烯－3β-醇、苯甲酸、对羟基苯甲醛、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、乙基－β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷、硫代乙酸酐、（25，2'R，3S，4R）-2-（2-羟基－十八碳酰胺）二十二碳烷－l，3，4-三醇。

The results showed that the absorption capability of ethylene glycol was improved when water was added into pure ethylene glycol.

In the end, transportation of PAHs in the environmental matrix was preliminarily investigated and discussed according to PAHs data of soils and sediments from a certain region in Shanghai. The result indicated that there are two or more pathways on PAHs transportation in the environmental matrix.

最后，对上海特定地区内PAHs在环境介质中的迁移径途进行了分析讨论，结果表明上海市土壤和沉积物等环境介质中PAHs的迁移存在多种途径。
