The reliability of analysis result depends largely on the in-house experimental conditions. Unlike the previous analysis that only concerns the sole effect of permeable pressure, this article considers both permeable and confining pressure and deformation characteristics of concrete material under the interaction of them according to the real work state of construction, which may leads to the changing pattern of permeable rate as listed below: permeable rate always reaches its peak with the time process going on, than goes down and remains straight on some certain value; The PR will tend to decline while the confining pressure is increased, and the time taken before the peak will be extended as well; Under the constant permeable pressure and circularly changing confining pressure, the minus-exponential ascend and descend relationship could be applied between the PR and Time axes respectively with crannied and intact concrete samples, and the PR of crannied concrete is far more larger than that of intact concrete. The change pattern of concrete could also be mathematically analogized using the least square method.

室内的实验条件是研究成果可靠性的重要因素，而以往的研究都只考虑了渗透压单一作用，本文根据混凝土结构的实际工作状态，同时考虑了围压与渗透压共同作用下的混凝土材料的渗透性变化特征，得出了混凝土材料在围压作用与渗透压共同作用下的渗透率的变化规律：渗透率都是随时间推移先达到一个峰值，再降低并趋于平稳；渗透率会随围压的增大而减小，并且峰值的到达时间也会随之延长；在渗透压不变，围压升降循环的情况下，有裂缝、无裂缝混凝土的渗透率变化规律是随时间成负指数关系上升、下降，且有裂缝混凝土试件的渗透率远远高于无裂缝混凝土的渗透率，并对混凝土的变化规律运用最小二乘法进行数学拟合。

Taking a example for verilying the feasibility and computation precision of the approach,the computation results show that the PSO-based approach is a useful tool for solving such nonlinear optimization problems as cylindricity evaluation with complicated goal function and more parameters. It is superior to that given by the Least Square Method and a little better than or equal to those given by GA-based method and another Minimum Zone Method.

计算结果表明，该方法对于圆柱度误差评定这类具有复杂目标函数和较多参数的非线性优化问题有很好的计算性能，优于最小二乘法；与遗传算法和其它满足最小区域条件计算方法相比，计算精度略优于前者或者与前者相当，能够获得精度较高的结果，而突出优点是简单，易于实现而且计算效率较高。

The parameterization of section contour data is carried out by the method of accumulated chord length, the reasonable math model on the selection of node vector is given, the approximating of NURBS curve to section contour data is carried out by the least square method and the most reasonable number of control point is obtained by the dimidiate algorithm, which makes the approximating of NURBS curve reach the extent of complete automation.

The successive stability constants which are obtained by non-linear least-squares methord fitting Bjerrum formula. In three- system ,the results from Scatchard plots indicate that there exists two strong binding site of Mn and one strong binding site of Zn,there are same results compareing with two -system ,but some more weak binding sites are different from the different addition sequence ,show that there are not common strong binding site of Mn,Zn in HSA or BSA .Strong binding sites have electiveness and unfalteringness ,weak binding sites exists irreversibility.

用非线性最小二乘法拟合Bjerrum方程，计算了同时竞争体系的逐级稳定常数；Scatchard图分析表明，三元体系中，Mn和Zn与血清白蛋白结强合部位数分别为2和1，与二元体系相比，保持不变，弱结合部位数随加入顺序的不同而不同，但都有所增加，竞争结果说明了Mn和Zn与血清白蛋白结合没有共同的强结合部位，强结合部位具有专一性，选择性，而弱结合部位具有不可逆性。
