This thesis is one component of the study on the digital camera integrity and keytechnologies which is the key project of Chongqing Information and IndustryAdministration. The focus is to study the digital camera integrity based on DSC21 andCF card file system development concerned with conformity, JPEG code and decodearithmetic as well as its realization on the platform of DSC21.The study on the system of digital cameral hardware based on TMS320DSC21 andthe software are main contents of this paper.

本文作为重庆市信息产业局科技攻关项目&数码相机整机及关键技术研究&的一部分，主要开展了基于TMS320DSC21(简称DSC21)的数码相机整机系统集成研究，重点进行了CF 卡文件系统开发和JPEG 编解码算法及其在DSC21 平台上的实现。

Project components include: 20,162 mu of slope-terrace conversion, 9,050 mu of dry land-paddy field conversion, 8,700 mu of cold waterlogged paddy field transformation, 4,200 mu of land levelling, 8,430 mu of economic forest construction, 3,120 mu of pasture land development, 102 ponds, a 282km canel, 7 pump stations, 102km road construction, 15,332 water cellars, renovation of 5,470 toilets of rural households and schools, 110,000 person-time training and elimination of functional illiteracy of 30,000 persons.

项目建设主要包括：坡改梯20，162亩，旱改水9，050亩，冷浸田改造8，700亩，土地平整4，200亩，经济林建设8，430亩，发展草场3，120亩，修建水塘102座，渠道282公里，泵站7处，修建道路102公里，水窖15，332个，农户及学校厕所改造5，470个，技能培训11万人次，功能扫盲3万人。

On the basis of study on two projects:"10-DOF ultrasonic detection system for complex surfaces part" and "Ultrasonic water-logging automatic survey system for rods", this thesis studies the technologies of ultrasonic measurement, kinematic and dynamic modeling of 10-DOF ultrasonic system, real-time sensitivity auto-adjusting, integrated technology of ultrasonic measurement, surface construction and ultrasonic detection for complex surface parts and rods, thus improving the accuracy and efficiency of ultrasonic detection for parts of complex surfaces. Meanwhile, an auto-detection system for metal rods with rough surfaces and bad columniform accuracy is presented for the first time.

本文结合&10自由度复杂曲面超声检测系统&和&棒材水浸超声自动检测系统&两个项目的研究，主要开展了超声测量、检测机器人运动学和动力学建模、误差补偿、灵敏度自动补偿和曲面构件超声检测一体化技术和轴棒类构件超声检测一体化技术的研究工作，进一步提高了复杂型面构件超声检测的效率和精度，并首次针对表面粗糙、圆柱度较差的金属轴棒类构件开发出了高效率的自动化检测设备。
