The first part mainly introduces the background of this research and the practical significance of demonstration; The second part mainly introduces the gist of this research; The third part mainly introduces the study of the experiments of this teaching material in details; The fourth part mainly introduces the circs of the experiments carried out in senior high school; The fifth part mainly expatiates the experience and the countercharge.

第一部分主要介绍了课题研究背景和现实意义，第二部分主要介绍了研究的理论依据，第三部分介绍了对苏教版高中化学必修教材中"活动与探究"所涉实验的具体研究，第四部分详细介绍了对"活动与探究"所涉实验在中学的实际开设情况的研究，第五部分阐述了研究的体会与反思。

This design wants to design a complete set of three axes five speed gearboxeses , it mainly include three parts : The first part , to make sure the basic parameter of the gearbox assurance ; The second part, The contact strength verify-check and the flection strength verify-check of each wheel gear of the gearbox, mainly verify whether each wheel gear satisfy various strength conditions with according to the giving parameter ; The third part , to progress verify-check intension of the axes Four-part cent, to calculate the life of the bearings.

本次设计是要设计一部较为完整的五档变速器，其中主要包括三部分：第一部分，变速器基本参数的确定；第二部分，变速器的各档齿轮的接触强度校核和弯曲强度校核，主要是根据所给的参数来验证各档齿轮是否满足各项强度条件；第三部分，进行轴的强度校核；第四部分，轴承的寿命计算。

In the part I, the concept, development and current lawmaking status of E-mail are introduced. In this part, the writer states the source, development and basic technical principals of E-mail and analyses its current application status and the importance of effectiveness identification of being evidence. Besides, related international laws on E-mail and lawmaking status in many countries are introduced. Present situation of our country's lawmaking and related model laws since the utilization of E-business and E-mail are also stated and discussed. Part II emphasizes on the differences between E-mail and traditional evidences and generalizes the characteristics of E-mail, i.e.: forgeability, changeability, dependence, uncertainty, duplicatability and transmission. Through the detailed analysis, the writer concludes that it is the above-mentioned characteristics to hinder E-mail becoming the effective evidence. Part III is the key one of this article and mainly discusses the effectiveness identification of E-mail as evidence. In this part, the writer states how the 5 characteristics of E-mail mentioned in Part II to affect the validity and authenticity of E-mail as evidence.

第一部分介绍了电子邮件的概念、发展及立法现状，在该部分中笔者详细阐述了电子邮件的产生、发展以及电子邮件运作的基本技术原理，论述了电子邮件目前的应用状况以及解决其作为证据被认定问题的重要性，同时还介绍了世界上与电子邮件有关的相关国际规范以及各国立法的情况，并讨论了我国自电子商务及电子邮件使用以来的立法现状以及相关的典型立法；第二部分重点阐述了电子邮件与传统证据的区别，并将这些区别归纳为电子邮件作为数据电文的一种类型所具有的特殊属性，即：易伪造性，易修改性，依附性，原件不确定性，易复制和传播性，通过对这些特性的详细阐述，得出了这些属性是导致电子邮件无法成为有效证据的主要障碍的这一结论；第三部分是本文的重点，着重讨论了电子邮件证据效力的认定问题，该部分主要阐述了第二部分提及的电子邮件的五个特性造成了电子邮件证据在合法性和真实性这二方面的障碍。

In the introduction there is an explanation of the reason why I choose this title and also the questions about Switzerland in the field of present research and the meaning of those researches. The first part describes the formation of the community of Switzerland, and there I define the word "community" and the peculiarity of each member of this community, the time the Swiss people take to build this community. The second part describes this formation with more details like geographical problem, language differences, the psychological pugnacity for liberty, the practical art of neutrality and the freedom for religious behavior. Those themes prove the formation of the Swiss community. The third part contains the following topics: the international position of Switzerland and its stability, the balance of economic production, the foundation of the Swiss government and the charm of its feature. For those topics I use the economic, political and cultural angle.

全文分为瑞士多民族社会的形成，在这一部分中重点介绍了民族和民族共同体的界定，瑞士各民族的地理分布及主要特征，瑞士民族共同体形成的历史时间断限，在这一部分中特别提出了民族共同体的概念，为全文的行文打下一个概念基础；在瑞士民族共同体形成的表现部分中，共分为语言和地域差别问题的消弭，崇尚独立自由的心理素质的确立，中立外交政策的奉行，宗教多元化的制衡等几个小的部分，四个部分平衡并立，共同来论证瑞士民族共同体的表现；在瑞士民族共同体诞生的原因中，共分为以下几个部分，有瑞士特殊的国际地位与多民族社会的稳定，平衡发达的经济及其吸引力，多元政治体制的建构和灿烂文化和性格的魅力，也就是从政治、经济和文化三个角度对这个问题进行了阐述；在现代瑞士多民族社会问题部分中，有如下几个部分瑞士的外来人口在瑞士国家的生活状况，外来人口融合中的困难，以及瑞士民族共同体中其他的一些社会问题，主要探讨的是瑞士社会中的外国人的生活状况，以及在融合和同化的过程中的成功经验以及给整个瑞士社会带来的几个突出的社会问题；最后是对现代瑞士多民族社会问题的思考，也就是从和睦性，认同感以及民族平等政策三个角度中进行的分析。

如下是一些主要问题：1）文章的行文格式。文章没有按照一般科技论文的表述方式，如1是引言，2是常用方法，其实这都应该是第一部分引言里应该介绍的，引言中应扼要介绍文章的研究背景、目的，意义，采用的主要方法等。还有3是实验装置，4是实验步骤，应该这些都是第二部分，试验材料与方法。2）文章的内容。文章应主要介绍本研究的具体内容，但是本文没有，如3 实验装置部分，这个721分光光度计的原理与论文内容联系不大，根本没必要介绍，标准曲线的研究应该放在最前面等。3）文章的表述不清。如HPAM是何物，文章一直没有介绍，什么曲线的直线度、浓度与直线的重合度、什么加入溴水后的时间，应该是反应时间，总之表述不清！ 4）文章的图表。图标绘制的很难看。如图2，应该纵坐标起始点从0.25开始，这样图形就会美观很多，图3又没有纵坐标标注，还多了一个纵坐标等。5）文章的结论。文章的结论中有些严格来说不是结论，而是实验中的现象与操作注意事项。

文章介绍了唐山环保网站的系统分析部分，包括可行性分析、需求分析等；系统概要设计部分主要介绍了系统功能设计和数据库设计；系统详细设计部分说明了几个主要模块的算法，并附带了一些主要的窗口和程序。

There are four parts in this thesis: the first mainly describes what in-service teacher education has changed in information age and the relationship between constructivism and web-based in-service teacher education; the second and the third are the main part of this thesis, mainly analyzing scaffolded instruction theory, and constructing a web-based scaffold theory model and its implementation model based these analyses, then discussing some problems those should be noticed in the development of web-based course; the fourth discusses a practical study for how to apply the model into practice.
