Chapter 4 firstly analyses the generation mechanics, calculating method and interference effect of flow force in the outflowing large-capacity proportional valve. The basal geomorphology structure of the Tidal-Basin System of the Tiaozini Sandbanks is watershed and tidal creek system. We analyses its formation, evolvement, geomorphology characters and development and discusses the main influence factors which is water, sediment and space. We divide the evolution phases which is formation phase, autumn phase and contabescence phase. In the end we confirms its main functions, which is discharging the folium water on the tidal flat of the Tidal-Basin in the end of the ebb-tide, transporting sediment to Tidal-Basin through tidal creek systems, confining the swing range of the dynamical axis of flood tide or ebb tide, balancing the dynamical status of the South and North. At the same time, we compare coastal tidal-basin and sandbanks tidal-basin on geomorphology characters, formation causes, style and so on.

This dissertation's main work and innovations is following: 1. The 6DOF kinematic and dynamic equations of motion for multiple thrusters AUV are derived and presented in a compact form using vector notation. The hydrokinetics of the MTAUV is classified anew. The MTAUV has two kinds of work modes which are cruising and hovering. The fluid dynamical mathematics description of the MTAUV is given anew. 2. The kinetics equations of the MTAUV in the low speed hovering are analyzed and studied.

Objective:The study mainly utilize the raphanus which is a edible Chinese officinal herb and has little side-effect, easily accepted, steadly effect, and so on, to exploit its pharmacological value on gastrointestinal motility. By observing the effects of the crude extract of radishon the electrogastrogram,gastric emptying and small bowel peristalsis activity of the rats in vivo ,the effects of Ecr on gastrointestinal motility could be manifested. Furthermore, the contrast study about the effects of gastrointestinal motility was also observed among Ecr domperidone and prepulsid. The mechanism was explored by observing Ecr on the expression of Fos protein of the dorsal vagal complex.
目的:本研究主要利用十字花科萝卜属植物白萝卜作为食源性中药,具有副作用少、易被接受、作用稳定等特点,通过白萝卜提取物(The crude extract of radish,Ecr)对在体大鼠胃排空、肠推进、胃电活动的观察,并与经典的促胃肠动力药物进行对比观察,研究提取物对大鼠胃肠动力的作用;进一步通过研究提取物对大鼠中枢支配胃运动的迷走复合体(Dorsal vagal complex,DVC)中Fos蛋白表达的影响,从而反映DVC被激活的情况,来探讨白萝卜提取物促进胃肠动力的机制,从而为其在胃肠动力相关的功能性疾病的治疗上的应用提供实验基础和理论依据。

Sponsored by the National Natural Science Foundation under the National Key Project"The modern method and system for remote pseudo dynamic testing of structures under earthquake simulation"(50338020), some studies on the method for remotely collaborative hybrid dynamic testing of substructures and structural elements have been carried out in this thesis. The main research achievements are summarized as followings: Based on the network communication platform NetSLab (Networked Structural laboratories) developed by the research group, the rational framework of a platform for remote pseudo dynamic testing applications of substructures and structural elements is proposed and a robust standardized platform entitled NetSLab-SDOF has been developed for remotely collaborative hybrid dynamic testing of single story structures with Visual Basic program language. It is composed of four modules, named as control center, physical tester, virtual tester, and remote observer.
