The activity of Cre recombinase is predominantly detected in the midbrain, diencephalon and olfactory bulb in the SCC4.4-iCre transgenic brain. The results suggest that CYP11A1 gene expression could be differentially regulated in different regions of the brain.

结果发现，4.4 kb与2.7 kb之CYP11A1启动子皆可使Cre重组酶表现於胚胎脑部，前者主要表现在中脑、间脑及嗅球，后者仅主要表现在中脑尾端，说明了CYP11A1在不同脑区表现所需的元素有所不同，可能有不同的调控机制。

In order to find out completely the soil-wheat contaiminated by heavy metals in Tianjin sewage farm, we collect samples on the dry land and examinate contents of heavy metals in soil-wheat system. Firstly, the anthor evaluates that soil irrigated by sewage that has been contaminated slightly, the main polluting factors are Cd and Zn, and then the anthor evaluates soil according to different regions, soil types and irrigating water. Secondly, the anthor analyzes content and enrichment ability of heavy metals in different part of wheat, evaluates wheat is contaiminated by Cd widespreadly, only few samples polluted by Zn.Finally the anthor put up correlative analysis about heavy metal contents in the soil-wheat system, as well as plant enrichment coefficient and some physico-chemical properties of soil, and establishes a prognostic model about heavy metal content among wheat spike, soil, soil types, PH, organic matter and salinity with the quantifying theory.The prognostic accuracy of primarily contaminative factors is the best with compound correlative coefficient examining, the model can be founded.With improvement of living level, people need cleaner food.

为全面了解天津市污灌区农产品生产地土壤和旱地作物小麦的重金属污染状况，我们于2004～2005年对全市污灌区的土壤和小麦进行了采样，在对该区土壤—小麦系统中六种重金属元素(Cd、Cu、Pb、Zn、Cr和Ni)的含量进行检测的基础上，本文首先分析评价了污灌区农田土壤的环境质量总体已达到了轻度污染水平，主要的污染因子是Cd和Zn，同时对污灌区农田土壤分区县、土壤类型和不同灌水类型进行了评价；然后分析了重金属在小麦不同部位的含量与富集能力，评价了污灌区旱地作物小麦普遍遭受了Cd的污染，只有个别样点遭受了Zn的污染；最后对土壤—小麦系统重金属含量间以及植物富集系数与土壤部分理化性质间进行了相关分析，由于土壤类型是定性变量，本论文以数量化理论建立了小麦穗实中重金属含量与土壤中重金属全量、土壤类型、PH值、有机质和全盐量间的预测模型，经复相关系数检验，污灌区主要的污染因子Cd和Zn的预测精度最高，模型可以成立。

The second part makes an innovative study of the soul of traditional Chinese graphics in the respect of "shape","essence", and "implication". The first element to be emphasized is "shape", which is mainly concerned with lineal designs and convolute designs in traditional graphics, the main two ethical factors employed in traditional Chinese design. The "shape" is a relatively complete and minute system. What is included in "essence" is to convey the effect of lucency and artistic conception in traditional plastic art, which embodies traditional Chinese philosophy and its aesthetic taste. The "implication" part makes a detailed analysis of the informative function of the particular ethical graphics from the perspective of disseminative theory. The third part is my application of the three elements in designing.

第二部分是本文的创新之处，分别从&形&、&神&、&意&三方面对传统图形的精髓进行探讨，&形&主要提取了传统造型元素中的线和具有中国民族风格的构成形式——回旋形进行着重分析，有较为详细而完整的结构体系；&神&主要结合中国的传统哲学和审美思想对中国传统造型所追求的空灵、意境进行论述，&意&主要从传播学的角度对传统图形所特有的民族信息传达功能进行分析研究。

The study indicates that the Pb and Zn ore-forming elements probably come from the basement rocks; The initial Pb isotope could be derived from the crust-mantle mixing in the erogenic belt; sulfur isotope composition is enriched in heavy sulfur that may have come from the seawater sulfate in the synchronous sedimentation; the ore is characterized with REE enrichment, obvious fractionation of LREE and flat-pattern of HREE; ore-forming media is thermal brine fluid; both mineralization temperature and pressure are low; the metallogenic epoch is probably in late Dengying epoch of Sinian period.

Ore deposit, have been studied detailly; the orebody pattern (sedimental bedded ores combined with stringer ores of hydrothermal origin) is also outlined; four metallogenic epoches are devided; the zoning of mineralization (including zones of ores, elements, mineral assemblages and temperature of mineralization) have been depicted; the main types of wall-rock alteration are characterized as propylitization of basic rocks and pyritization-sericitization-silicification of acidic pyroclastic rocks; the origin of ores and seven kinds of main minerals have been studied; and the metamorphism and deformation of orebodies is thought mainly due to the shearing and the intrusion of subvolcanic rocks

研究了七个矿化带特别是I号矿床的矿床地质特征，描绘了矿体的双层结构(沉积矿石与热液充填交代的细网脉状矿石)，划分了四个成矿期次，区分了矿化分带(包括矿石组构的成因分带、元素分带、矿物组合分带、温度分带)，指出了围岩蚀变的主要特征是细碧岩青盘岩化而石英角斑质凝灰岩黄铁绢英岩化；对矿石及七种主要矿石矿物的成因作了研究；探讨了矿体的变质、变形，指出韧性剪切及次火山岩侵入的热力作用和应力作用是导致矿体变质变形的主要原因
