In this article, the two parts" intensity values are obtained through finite element analysis . After making three-dimensional computer simulation analysis by ANSYS, the results show that the middle arc of the fork joint in loaded side and the intersection of fork bore and the arc are the danger location, where the stress is largest and stress concentration is serious.

本文对轧机主传动系统机械部分的薄弱部件进行强度计算，即对滑块式万向联轴器的主要零部件的强度进行有限元分析，通过ANSYS有限元分析软件进行三维计算机仿真，由计算结果可知，在叉头受载侧过渡圆弧段中部、叉头镗孔与过渡圆弧交接处这两个部位的应力最大且存在严重的应力集中，考虑到单元总数限制及计算时间等因素，整体模型的网格划分较疏，不能反映倒圆角等细节。

It is studied that the responses of overhead crane when the trolly is running. The simulation of lifting load process, location of the trolly and stresses of structure by computer are discussed and after verified by the experiments, we have got distribution function of stresses in stucture of overhead crane under different load states and distribution functions of location of the trolly.

研究了小车运行时桥式起重机的动态响应，讨论了起重机吊重载荷过程、小车位移及桥式起重机主梁结构应力的计算机仿真，在得到实测数据的验证之后，通过计算机仿真得出不同载荷状态及不同小车位移分布下桥吊主梁结构应力的分布规律。

It is clarified for the first time that the thermal fatigue failure of solder joint is actually a creep strain low cycle fatigue failure, and a physical model for creep fatigue crack propagation has been proposed. It was pointed out that creep strain increases in the high stress area ahead of the tip of thermal fatigue crack, results on one hand that the slide of crack tip increase, inactivation more serious and crack close length increases, the other hand, that intergranular crack exists, whose direction will affect the fatigue crack propagating.

本文首次阐明了焊点的热循环失效本质上是以焊点内循环蠕变为主要应变的低周疲劳失效，并在此基础上提出了蠕变疲劳裂纹扩展的物理模型，指出热循环裂纹前端的高应力区内，蠕变加剧，使裂纹前端滑移增加，裂纹钝化加剧，导致随后的裂纹闭合扩展长度增加；同时蠕变也使裂纹前端的高应力区出现晶间裂纹，蠕变沿晶裂纹对主裂纹扩展的影响取决于沿晶裂纹的连接方向。

Taking Rong hu bridge project as the background, the paper Studies on the optimization of dead load cable tension, construct system of controlling, effect of non-linear factor, limit bearing capacity of structure and spatial stress of concrete-filled steel tubular tower and the combination of girder, which are based on the hybrid cable-stayed bridge.Asking for the maximal deformation of tower and girder to be minimized and cable permissible stress as constraint conditions, the paper tries to solve the ideal dead load cable tension by combining finite element calculation and optimize analysis.

本文以蓉湖大桥工程为背景，就混合梁斜拉桥的成桥恒载索力优化、施工监控体系、过程非线性因素影响、结构极限承载力、索塔和主梁结合部的空间应力分析等问题开展研究：关于索力的优化，是以斜拉桥索塔和梁的最大变位最小为目标，以拉索容许应力为约束条件，采用有限元计算与优化分析相结合的方法来确定斜拉桥的成桥合理恒载索力。
