These women, ages 61, 72 and 74 years, receiving long-term pergolide therapy for Parkinson's disease or restless legs syndrome, had valvular abnormalities strikingly similar to those induced by fenfluramine, ergot derivatives, or carcinoid. All three had severe, unexplained tricuspid regurgitation; two had predominantly right-sided congestive heart failure; and two had moderate aortic and mitral valve regurgitation. Histology revealed surface fibroproliferative lesions with preserved underlying valve architecture. Carcinoid was excluded, and none of the patients had taken anorectic drugs or ergots other than pergolide.

这3位妇女年龄分别为61、72及74岁，都长期服用pergolide来治疗帕金森氏症或睡眠脚动症，而且也都有不明原因的严重三尖瓣闭锁不全，就像因fenfluramine、麦角衍生物，或类癌肿瘤所引起的瓣膜异常情形一样；其中2位主要有右心衰竭，2位有中度的主动脉及二尖瓣的闭锁不全，组织学检查显现表面有纤维增生性的损伤，但瓣膜的结构仍然还在；类癌是被排除在外的，而且这3位妇女除了pergolide之外，都不曾服用过厌食剂或麦角类药物。

Our results indicated that (1)SO_2 derivatives could dose-dependently relax the isolated aorta rings with or without endothelium precontracted by NE, no difference was found for the rings with and without endothelium;(2)Levels of cAMP and 6-Keto(PGI_2) in isolated aortic rings were increased by SO_2 derivatives in a dose-dependent way, which were independent of endothelium;(3)SO_2 derivatives decreased cGMP levels in the rings, but not significantly; The decrease of cGMP levels was also independent of endothelium;(4)No changes of TXB_2 in rings with or without endothelium were observed;(5)Whether presence or absence of endothelium, cAMP/cGMP and 6-Keto/TXB_2 ratios were increased significantly.

结果：①SO_2衍生物对去甲肾上腺素预收缩的内皮完整和去除内皮的大鼠胸主动脉血管环均呈浓度依赖性舒张作用，且其张力变化在内皮完整与去内皮的血管环之间无显著性差异；②SO_2衍生物可引起血管组织中cAMP、6-Keto(即PGI_2)含量剂量依赖性增加，其增加程度与内皮无关；③SO_2衍生物对血管环cGMP含量呈降低趋势但在统计学上无显著意义，且对去除内皮血管无显著影响；④SO_2衍生物对去内皮或内皮完整血管环的TXB_2含量均无明显影响；⑤无论是否去除内皮，SO_2衍生物均可引起cAMP／cGMP和6-Keto／TXB_2比值显著升高。

Heart malformation, such as PTA, DORV, VSD and aortic arch malformation, were detected when neural crest were taken out before they migrated into 3, 4, 6 pharyngeal gland. Interestingly, the types of malformation were related with the length of neural crest destroyed; PTA was detected if the length exceeds two somites, while DORV would be detected if the length less than two somites. These results indicate that CNCCs are very important to the conotruncal development.

The true and false cavities of aortic dissection could be displayed on the SE T1WI,T2WI for the B type in 10 of 12 cases.With SE sequence,the true-false cavities did not be showed but the endomembranous pieces could be seen for A type of 2 cases of aortic dissection.
