Abstract］ Objective To identify the effect of ECG for the etiological diagnosis of heart disease and investigate some differential diagnosis criteria of ECG.Methods ECG findings from 75 cases of excessive volume load of left ventricle were discriminated.QRS amplitude variability was studied from 3 diseases such as mitral and aortic insufficiency and patent ducts arteriosus.

目的 了明确心电图对心脏病病因诊断的作用，探讨ECG的某些鉴别诊断标准方法采用75例左室容量负荷过重病因的心电图鉴别，研究二尖瓣关闭不全、主动脉瓣关闭不全及动脉导管未闭等3 疾病的QRS振幅变化特征。
