Methods To dissect fifty health adult corpses(33 male ,17 female)and measure the corpses height, the length of the infrarenal abdominal aorta,the length of left and right common iliac arteries. The aortic diameter of the position on the infrarenal abdominal aorta is measured and the height is compared between the lelt and right renal artery at the same time.

方法采用50具健康成人尸体标本(男性33例，女性17例)，测量身高，解剖左右肾动脉、肾动脉下腹主动脉、左右髂总动脉及股动脉分叉部，分别测量肾动脉下腹主动脉至左右股动脉分叉部的长度，测量左右髂总动脉长度，测量肾动脉平面腹主动脉的直径，比较左右肾动脉位置的高低。

Results］All 18 cases were observed the real and the false cavity satisfiedly in two kinds of scanning.

结果］18例患者MSCT主动脉全程增强扫描均满意观察到真、假腔的大小、范围、主要分支是否受累。18例采用心电门控扫描显示胸廓入口至主动脉裂口水平的主动脉真假腔与全程增强扫描一致。

结果 方法1组在主动脉开放时血清钾＞4.1mmol/L者19.4%，方法2组主动脉开放时血清钾＞4.1 mmol/L者为37.7%者，方法3组主动脉开放时血清钾＞4.1 mmol/L者94.9%。

Morphological changes of abdominal aorta: The aorta intima was smooth and endothelium cells were continuous with small intervals between cells in blank control group,endothelium cells presented normal configuration without edema;while intima in model control group became thick and upheaved, part of endothelinm cells detached with widened intervals.

腹主动脉形态学变化观察结果，可见空白组腹主动脉内膜表面光滑，内皮细胞连续，细胞间隙较小，内皮细胞无水肿，形态正常；模型对照组腹主动脉内膜增厚、隆起，血管内皮细胞可见部分脱落，细胞间隙增宽，内皮细胞有水肿。
