Wister rats can be anesthesiaed by 3% Barbital- natrium (0.1ml/100g ip), then rat can be immobilitied on the operation table and makes a 2cm abdominal-median-mcision to detach abdomial aorta and uses seven-size suture silk to ligate abdomial aorta with seven-size needle, and draw out probe. At the same time rats were injected ten-myriad-unit Benzylpenicillin into abdominal cavity and sutured abdominal cavity.

取Wistar大鼠115只用3%戊巴比妥钠(按0.1ml/100g ip)麻醉，将动物固定于手术台上，腹部正中切口2cm后钝性分离腹主动脉，在肾动脉分枝上用7号缝合线将腹主动脉与7号针头一起结扎，然后抽出探针形成腹主动脉狭窄(约50%)，同时腹腔一次性注射青霉素10万单位关腹缝合。

Results: in control group, there were no atherosclerotic changes on endarterium; in model group, there were obviously atherosclerotic changes on endarterium, in "National pits1573" 520、450、380 Alcohol group and 450 control Alcohol group, there were unconspicuously atherosclerotic changes on endarterium.

结果：空白对照组主动脉内膜未见粥样硬化改变；模型组主动脉内膜粥样硬化斑块形成，部分斑块病灶范围较大；45°对照酒组仅见少量散在脂质条纹；&国窖1573&52°、45°组，仅见轻度主动脉粥样硬化改变；38°组，主动脉壁见散在少量小范围脂质条纹。

Methods: From December 2002 to June 2006, 30 patients with a moderately dilated ascending aorta [mean diameter,(46.7±3.1)mm] underwent concomitant aortic valve replacement or repairing and reinforced aortoplasty with a well-tailored Dacron vascular graft. Follow-up was obtained on all patients with ultrasonic cardiography or computed tomography scan and was (18.0±10.5) months.
