Results The main structure of the left ventricle in canine was composed of the mitral complex、aortic valve、falsetendons and so on,among them the mitral complex was included in the mitral ring and valve,chordae tendinease and papillary muscles;the circle of mitral ring was 49.16±10.00mm,the average heights of inside and outside valves were 14.28±3.14mm,9.27±1.99mm,respectively,the breadth were 25.74±5.21mm、21.50±6.33mm;the average number of chordae tendineass was 16.72±2.76;the average number of left ventricular false tendon was 4.69±3.38:the circle of aortic valve ring was 34.55±8.00mm,the average heights of left、right and back aortic valves were 6.85±1.76mm、7.19±1.75mm and 7.52±1.79mm.

结果：犬心左心室主要结构有二尖瓣复合体、主动脉瓣、假腱索等，其中二尖瓣复合体由瓣环、瓣膜、腱索、乳头肌构成；二尖瓣瓣环周径为49.16±10.00mm，内侧瓣、外侧瓣的高度分别为14.28±3.24mm、9.27±1.99mm，其宽度分别为25.74±5.21mm、21.50±6.33mm；腱索总数平均为16.72±2.76条；假腱索总数平均为4.69±3.38条；主动脉瓣瓣环周径为34.55±8.00mm，左瓣高度、右瓣高度和后瓣高度分别为6.85±1.76mm、7.19±1.75mm和7.52±1.79mm。

Results The body weight, visceral fat and body weight ration, as well as the levels of blood glucose, insulin, triglyceride, total cholesterol, LDL, and total FFA, were significantly lower in high fat-fed group than in control group (P.01). The aortic tunica intima was intact, the number of foam cells was decreased, and inflammatory cells infiltrated into the med-intima smooth muscle of the n-3 PUFA group. However, with no such changes were observed in control and n-3 PUFAs groups.

结果 n-3脂肪酸组大鼠体重第1~11周均明显降低，空腹血糖、血清胰岛素、TG、TC、LDL-C、总FFA和内脏脂肪占体重百分比均明显低于HF组，HDL-C则明显高于HF组，与对照组无明显差别；n-3脂肪酸组大鼠主动脉主动脉内膜完整无内皮细胞脱落现象，内膜下泡沫细胞及炎细胞浸润减少，内膜的NF-κB呈弱阳性表达，IκBα呈阳性表达，ICAM-1和MCP-1均呈阴性或弱阳性表达。

The aortic tunica intima was intact, the number of foam cells was decreased, and inflammatory cells infiltrated into the med-intima smooth muscle of the n-3 PUFA group. However, with no such changes were observed in control and n-3 PUFAs groups. Little or no expression of NF-κB, ICAM-1 and MCP-1, and a high expression level of IκBα were detected in aortic tunica intima of the n-3 PUFA and control groups, while high expression levels of NF-κB, ICAM-1 and MCP-1, and little expression of IκBα were detected in aortic tunica intima of the high fat-fed group.

结果 n-3脂肪酸组大鼠体重第1~11周均明显降低，空腹血糖、血清胰岛素、TG、TC、LDL-C、总FFA和内脏脂肪占体重百分比均明显低于HF组，HDL-C则明显高于HF组，与对照组无明显差别；n-3脂肪酸组大鼠主动脉主动脉内膜完整无内皮细胞脱落现象，内膜下泡沫细胞及炎细胞浸润减少，内膜的NF-κB呈弱阳性表达，IκBα呈阳性表达，ICAM-1和MCP-1均呈阴性或弱阳性表达。

RESULTS Expression rate of MHCI antigen of cultured smooth muscle cells and fibroblast was（88.7±4.3）%,（84.8±2.0）%respectively;and that of the revived smooth muscle cells and fibroblasts of aortic homografts after cryopreservation was（89.4±3.5）%,（81.9±2.7）%respectively.

结果 正常培养的大鼠主动脉平滑肌细和成纤维细胞MHCⅠ类抗原表达的阳性率分别为（88.7±4.3）%和（84.8±2.0）%；液氮低温保存的大鼠主动脉平滑肌和成纤维细胞在复苏后MHCⅠ类抗原表达的阳性率分别为（89.4±3.5）%和（81.9±2.7）%。
