The JHU researchers prospectively examined changes in fibrosis stage between paired liver biopsies in 67 coinfected patients. Of the 67 subjects, six were excluded due to cirrhosis on the first biopsy. The median age of group was 44 years, and 75% of the subjects were men. A total of 86% had CD4+ cell counts of less than 200 cells/mm3, and the same number of subjects were receiving antiretroviral therapy. Twenty-seven percent of the patients abused alcohol. The median time between biopsies was 2.84 years (interquartile range, 2.05 - 3.41 years).

Based on the evaluation system, the plants whose relative remediation age was between 0~10 years were named as"Hyperaccumulator"and those between 10 ~ 50 years were named as"Accumulator".7 In the experiments six kinds of substrates were mixed with different solid wastes and the absorption and enrichment of plants on heavy metal Cd was studied. The results showed that relative remediation age was an ideal index to evaluate the capability of the phytoremediation on heavy metals, because it took into account more factors which affected the absorption evaluation effects than others, such as the heavy metal content and the biomass of the over-ground part of plants, the heavy metal content and the whole gross in substrates, harvesting frequency of plants and the environment standard of heavy metal. This made relative remediation age be suitable to the sorption capability evaluation of not only different plants on one heavy metal but also one plant on different heavy metals.8 It can be drawn from the relative remediation age of heavy metal Cd that the absorption capability of different plants was not same.

Hence, the modulus of rigidity, G, of glulam was measured by vibration test method in order to realize the shear deflection effect. The E/G values of Japanese cedar, Taiwania, Douglas-fir, and southern pine glulam were ranged form 13.2 to 14.5, 14.6 to 16.6, 12.1 to 16.6 and 16.0 to 19.1, respectively. The pure MOE was also obtained. The Ep and MOR values of glulam were ranged from 10.6 to 13.4 GPa and 48.3 to 61.9 MPa for Japanese cedar, ranged from 12.1 to 15.0 GPa and 41.8 to 58.8 MPa for Taiwania, ranged from 10.5 to 16.4 GPa and 37.2 to 65.6 MPa for Douglas-fir, ranged from 14.5 to 20.6 GPa and 70.2 to 78.48 MPa for Southern pine, respectively.

The research result shows that the flowability, moldability, cohesiveness of high performance concrete of hill sand are significant by comparison with ordinary concrete on mechanical properties, long term properties, and durability. Motar flowability decreases with the increase of single-mixed active additive. The flowability can be largely improved by double mixing of active additive and super plasticizer NF. This is because not only the active additive has filling effect but also the dispersing effect induced by surface action between additive and super plasticizer NF. And the optimal content of materials are: super plasticizer NF≥0.8%, fly ash 20%, PS 20~30%,zeolite powder≤20%,SF 5~8%; The negative influence of hill sand powder should be avoided by controlling of powder content and the use of active additive and super

研究表明：随着单掺活性掺合料掺量的增加，砂浆流动性减小，活性掺合料与萘系高效减水剂NF双掺使用，比使用同样剂量萘系高效减水剂NF的基准浆体流动性明显增大，这是由于玻璃体材质活性掺合料不仅有填充效应，更主要的是它与高效减水剂之间的表面物化作用产生了分散性，而活性掺合料对浆体的流化作用效果主要是依赖于其分散性；能有效改善胶砂流动性的适宜掺量为：萘系高效减水剂不小于0.8%，粉煤灰掺量为20%，PS掺量为20~30%，沸石矿粉掺量不宜大于20%，SF掺量为5~8%；通过对粉末含量的限制，并借助活性掺合料、高效减水剂的合理使用，就可以避免山砂粉末含量的负面影响，配制出密实度高，抗渗性能优异，具有良好的耐久性能，并具有良好的体积稳定性的山砂高性能混凝土。

It was found that the samples PVP-PdCl2-CdCl2 and PVP-PdCl2-HgCl2, compared with PVP-PdCl2, exhibited much higher catalytic activity and dechlorination selectivity, and the yields of the coupling by-products were obviously decreased. For example, when p-chloroaniline was used as substrate, the reaction time was shortened to 1/8, and the yield of dechlorination product was about 25 times as much as the original one, and when p-chlorotoluene was used as substrate, the yield of coupling by-product catalyzed by bimetallic catalyst was 1/390 of that catalyzed by monometallic catalyst.

SD原油析蜡点为94℃，析蜡高峰为50～30℃，异常点为40℃；其蜡晶颗粒细小、对称性差，所以具有较大的比表面能，容易形成联生、联锁结构；损耗角曲线与储能模量曲线或损耗模量曲线的交点所对应的温度与原油凝点或倾点温度非常接近，大约在39℃左右；也就是说，含蜡原油粘弹特性曲线的交点可以表征其流动性；原油宏观流变参数与微观结构参数密切相关，原油析蜡过程及蜡晶微观结构分析有助于诠释易凝高粘原油多重流变特性的本质；胶凝含蜡原油的屈服时间随剪切速率的降低而单调增加，二者显然存在幂函数关系，可用关系式描述；当SD原油加柴油稀释处理时，稀释比越高，蜡晶颗粒的偏心度也越大，亦即蜡晶对称性越好，分子间作用力越小，蜡晶颗粒越不易形成结构，宏观表现为异常点、凝点及表观粘度等流变参数下降的幅度越大，流动性越好。

In the metaphysical thoughts about cosmology and ontology of Laozi, which are based on the "Tao", Tao's appearance lies in its original character, that is, the co-composing of"emptiness"and "reality". As matter, it is a moony shape, and between the"reality"and"emptiness". As itself,"Tao"is lonely, sequester, far-reaching and grandiose. Results: The measurement showed that angles of medial side of the foot vertical are increased with type Ⅰ to type Ⅸ or with regular, light, middling and heavy type in turn, while space between the navicular tubercles decreased. The occurence rate of flatfoot measured using footprint ratio and three definite lines was 42.7% and 43.6% respectively, in which the proportion of light was 43.9% and 50.0%; middling, 31.75% and 42.9%, heavy type, 24.1% and 7.1% respectively.

结果：X线片测量显示，内、外侧纵弓角对照比值法Ⅰ～Ⅳ型和三线法正常、轻、中、重顺序依次增加，舟骨结节距离依上述顺序而递次减小比值法、三线法测出扁平足发生率分别为42.7%、43.6%，其中轻型比例分别为43.9%、50.0%，中型比例为31.75%、42.9%，重型比例分别为24.4%、7.1%。

The statistical difference of proinsulin rather than HOMA index was found among the patients of various Gensini's score group (Gensini's score was examined as a categorical variable classified by tertile values) and significantly stenosed vessels group by means of the results of analysis of covariate variance after adjusting for age, sex and body mass index (p＜0.05), and the partial correlation coefficient between proinsulin level and Gensini's score, the number of significantly stenosed vessels after adjusting for age, sex and body mass index was 0.3156 (P＜0.01) and 0.2752 (P＜0.05) respectively. Multivariate linear regression analysis indicated that the level of proinsulin was positively correlated with the Gensini's score (P＜0.01). The results of multivariate stepwise Logistic indicated that the proinsulin was the independent risk factor for the coronary heart disease, and the odds ratio (95％ confidence interval) was 2.268 (1.253～4.105)(P=0.007), however, the HOMA was refused by the final model.

年龄、性别与体重指数为控制变量的协方差分析结果显示，胰岛素原的水平在不同的Gensini评分组、冠状动脉病变血管数分组中分布有统计学差异(P＜0.05)，偏相关分析示胰岛素原的含量与Gensini评分与病变血管数显著正相关，其偏相关系数分别为0.3156(P＜0.01)与0.2752(P＜0.05)，而HOMA指数与两种评分的相关未有统计学意义；多因素线性逐步回归分析结果示胰岛素原水平与Gensini评分独立正相关(P＜0.01)；多因素Logistic回归分析显示，胰岛素原的水平为冠心病的独立的危险因素，其OR值及其95％可信区间为2.268(1.253～4.105)(P＜0.01)，HOMA指数未进入模型。
