In other languages, the words 'father' and 'mother' have a similar pronunciation as those in other languages. For example, in oral French, the pronunciation of father is 'papa', while mother's pronunciation is 'maman'. The results showed that the heavy metals in various mediums were mainly Cu and Ni, and those concentrations were, in the descending order, in ditch, tailings, slagheap and cultivated soil. In the tailings and the sludge of the ditch, the concentrations of Ni were obviously higher than those of Cu. Whereas, in the soil and the weathering and atmospheric deposition of the waste slagheap surface, the concentrations of Cu were higher than those of Ni. This means that in the first two mediums, Cu and Ni mainly originated from the tailings, while in the latter two mediums, Cu and Ni mainly came from the atmospheric deposition of airborne particles of the smelting. Cr and Zn were mainly in residual fraction, Cu was mainly in oxidizable and residual fraction.

结果表明：不同区域环境中重金属呈现不同程度累积，其中以Cu、Ni最为显著，含量由高到低依次为尾矿坝排污沟＞尾矿坝＞废渣堆＞农田土壤；尾矿砂和沉积物中重金属分布以Ni含量显著高于Cu含量为特征；而农田土壤和风化物及降尘中重金属分布以Cu含量高于Ni含量为特征，前者Cu、Ni主要来源于尾矿，后者与冶炼烟尘排放有很大关系；样品中除Cr、Zn以残渣态为主外，Cu、Ni、Pb化学形态分布有较大差异，Cu以可氧化态和残渣态为主，Ni以可还原态为主，其次为弱酸提取态，Pb以可还原态为主，其次为残渣态。

The results showed that the PCR fragment length of root-knot samples was 768bp in cowpea(RKN-1), tomato(RKN-2), balsam pear(RKN-3), Astragalus adsurgens (RKN-19)and rose(RKN-4) from Beijing, peanut fromWeifang (RKN-7) Yantai(RKN-6) and Jiaozhou(RKN-5) in Shandong, tomato from Hexian(RKN-9), cucumber from Suzhou (RKN-8) and Platycodon grandiflorum from Taihe(RKN-11) in Anhui and two kinds of tomato species(RKN-22,23) from China Central Agricultural University; the PCR fragment length of root-knot samples was 769bp in balsam pear from Ganyu(RKN-10) in Jiangsu, tomato from Kunming(RKN-12) in Yunnan, Langfang (RKN-17)in Hebei, Chengdu(RKN-18) in Sichuan and Suzhou(RKN-21) in Anhui and cucumber from Sixian(RKN-20) in Anhui; the PCR fragment length of root-knot samples was 772bp in guava(RKN-13) and pawpaw (RKN-15) from Hainan; the PCR fragment length of the other two samples was both 766bp in tomato(RKN-24,25) from China Central Agricultural University, and the PCR fragment length of root-knot nematodes in cucumber from Hangzhou in Zhejiang(RKN-16) and pepper from Anding (RKN-14)in Hainan was 767bp and 869bp, respectively.

结果表明，北京密云的豇豆、番茄、苦瓜，北京植保站月季，山东胶州，烟台和潍坊的花生，安徽和县的番茄，宿州的黄瓜和太和的桔梗，北京畜牧所沙打旺以及中国农业大学两个番茄品种(RKN-23和RKN-25)上的根结线虫种群的PCR扩增片段长度为768bp；江苏赣榆苦瓜，云南昆明，河北廊坊，安徽宿州和四川成都番茄以及安徽泅县黄瓜上根结线虫种群的PCR扩增片段长度为769bp；海南安定木瓜和石榴上根结线虫种群的PCR扩增长片段度为772bp；中国农业大学另外两个番茄(RKN22和RKN-24)品种上的根结线虫种群的PCR扩增片段长度为766bp；而浙江杭州黄瓜和海南安定胡椒上的根结线虫种群的PCR扩增长度分别为767bp和869bp。

In near riverbed fields , where the depth of groundwater is shallow , plant s can easily grow ; while in far riverbed fields , vegetation is prone to degrade due to drainage. The radius of river influence is 24 kilometers.

The second experiment is to fabricate white light LED from red and green phosphors pumped by blue light LED. The blue light LED we used in our experiment has the wavelength range between 450 and 452.5 nm, and the chip size is 17 mil *14 mil. There are two kinds white light LED we fabricated in the experiment. There are three blue light LED chips bonded in single package of both kinds package. The different of the both packages is mixed phosphor of encapsulation. One of the experimental devices was encapsulated YAG phosphor mixed silicone to fabricate white light. The other is red and green phosphor mixed encapsulation. The compared and focused parameter was luminous efficiency. YAG phosphor pumped white light has the luminous efficiency 72 lm/W, CRI 70, CIE(0.32, 0.33), CCT 5622°K at the operating current 60mA. On another hand, red and green phosphor pumped white light LED has the luminous efficiency 55 lm/W, CRI 90, CIE(0.31, 0.32), CCT 6479°K at the operating current 60mA. We fabricated the red and green phosphor pumped white light LED, and proved that it could has much higher CRI under similar compared conditions, CIE xy and CCT.

第二个实验是使用蓝光LED晶粒来制作白光元件，蓝光LED晶粒波段范围在450 ~ 452.5 nm，晶粒大小为17*14 mil，以三颗蓝光LED晶粒搭配YAG萤光粉(黄绿光 540 nm)制成白光元件，再以另外三颗蓝光LED晶粒搭配红色萤光粉(613 nm)混合绿色萤光粉(519 nm)制成的白光元件进行发光效率比较；搭配YAG萤光粉的白光元件在注入60 mA的电流时所量测到最大的发光效率是在72 lm/W，演色性数值大约为70，CIE色度座标为(0.32， 0.33)，色温是在5622 °K；而搭配红色萤光粉混合绿色萤光粉的白光元件在注入60 mA的电流时，最大的发光效率在55 lm/W，演色性数值大约为90，CIE色度座标为(0.31， 0.32)，色温在6479 °K；证明了蓝光LED晶粒搭配红色萤光粉混合绿色萤光的白光元件演色性指数可以高达90 以上的结果。

Our study has the following findings: most of the network bandwidth is used by P2P software to transfer the files, approximately 34%. Among the P2P software, the largest service item is the eDonkey, approximately 24%. Most of the traffic in each group is used by only a few users. The behaviors of the broadband users are significantly different than the narrowband users. To download the files is the major purpose of the broadband users, but the narrowband users are used to get their Emails. The files with the video files extensions of dat、mpg、avi and with image file extensions of iso、mdf、img are the primary file types transferred by campus users.

本研究发现：占用频宽最大比例者为P2P软体之档案资料传输，约占总频宽34%，其中最大项目为eDonkey，占总频宽使用量约24%；群组的流量，大部分是群组内少数使用者所使用；宽频及窄频使用者行为有显著不同，其中，宽频使用者是以下载档案为主，而窄频使用者是以收信为主；在档案的传输中，以副档名为dat、mpg、avi等影片档及副档名为iso、mdf、img等光碟映射档为主要传输类别。

Results Same conservative sites and key catalytic sites existed among SjLDH and LDHs from other species. Similarity of SjLDH compared to CsLDH, TvLDH and HsLDH was 75%, 17%, 58%-60% respectively. Phylogenetic analysis demonstrated that the evolution relation between SjLDH and DmLDH was closer than the relation between SjLDH and CeLDH, the relationship between SjLDH and HsLDH-B,-C was closer than HsLDH-A. Three trans-membrane regions were found, the region of 98aa-106aa in three hydrophilia regions located outside of membrane was inferred as the major antigen epitope. This antigen epitope had significant difference with LDHs from protozoon （ Pf ., Tg ., Tv .） and had 1-3 amino acid residue difference with MmLDH, HsLDH-A,-B,-C, and was the same with CsLDH. One of the key catalytic residues and substrate binding loop were located in this region. Tertiary structure demonstrated that 98aa-106aa was on the surface of the protein and formed a substrate binding loop, other two key catalytic sites were at the position near the loop.

结果 SjLDH与其他物种的同源序列含相同的保守位点及催化活性位点，与华支睾吸虫LDH同源性最高为75％，与阴道毛滴虫LDH同源性最低为17%，与人LDH（HsLDH-A，-B，-C）的同源性为58%~60％； SjLDH与果蝇的进化距离较秀丽隐杆线虫为近，3种人LDH中与HsLDH-B、-C的进化距离较HsLDH-A为近；该蛋白具有3个跨膜区域，3个高亲水性区域，主要的线性表位98aa~106aa位于膜外，与原虫LDH相同区域差异显著，而与其他LDH有1~3个氨基酸的差异，关键催化位点之一及底物丙酮酸结合区域位于该区域，蛋白质同源模建分析表明该区域位于蛋白表面形成环状结构，3个关键催化位点位于该区域或在其附近。
