Glioma is still one of refractory disease in the neurosurgical field; the development of new primary and adjuvant treatment is vital. Recently, the gene therapy of glioma is developed rapidly and there are many methods about the gene therapy that include: suicide gene therapy, immunologic gene therapy, drug resistangce gene therapy, angiostatin gene therapy and so on. The sucide gene therapy is the most potential approach of antitumer, these nonmammalian genes encode enzyme that convert nontoxic prodrugs into highly toxic metablites. Cells transfected with suicide genes are targeted for specific negative selection, witch can be induced by administrtion of the corresponding produg. Among the enzyme/produg combinations, two of the best characterized system are herpes simplex virus thymidine kinase /ganciclovir and Escherichia coli cytosine deaminase /5-flourocytosine (5-FC). The formor can convert the antiviral nucleoside analogs acyclovir , ganciclovir to their nucleoside monophosphate derivatives, the monophosphate forms are subsequently phosphorylated by endogenus cellular kinases to triphosphates, these molecules are potent inhibitors of DNA synthesis.

Results In RT-PCR analysis of the peripherial blood, 45%(18 out 40) of CRC patients, 10%(2 out 20) of CRP patients were positive for CEA mRNA, respectively. All 40 healthy individuals were negative for CEA mRNA expression. The detection of CEA mRNA was significantly correlated with TNM stage of CRC patients, while there were no significant relationship between the CEA mRNA expression and the malignant extent of cell differentiation.

The synergism ratio of triphenyl phosphate to alpha-cypermethrin in the NJ strain was 12-fold, which implied the synergism of PBO in the B-type whitefly is mainly due to inhibiting esterase activity.

The results of observation on the microstructure of Karelinia caspica, Tamarix stromongolica, Salsola collina. Cheno Dodium glaucum, stipa bangenana show that the nutritional organs of these halophytes present some adaptability structures as follows:(1) sunken stomas, thick cuticle and orderly arrangement of epidermal cell;(2) equilateral leaves with developed palisade tissue, or squama-shaped leaf;(3) well-developed water-storing tissue in stems and leaves;(4) crystal cells, salt glands in most of the leaves and assimilating branches.

The effects of many parameters, such as the amount of surfactant, airflow rates, pH, NaCl, ethanol and temperature on the solvent sublation were studied. Experimental results showed that a ratio of surfactant to Pb-dithizone complex (2∶1) was the most effective for the removal, with over 97.4% Pb removed from the aqueous solution in 40 min by solvent sublation, at the value of pH 12.6.The solvent sublation process followed first order kinetics. A characteristic parameter, apparent activation energy of attachment of the sublate to bubbles, was estimated at a value of 2.08 kJ/mol.
