The Property Company will leave a message to the leasers of the expired leasing period. Should the leaser did not pay the lease fee or reply to the message within one week, we will take it as a vacant parking space and will take off the "Parking Space" board. The vehicle on the vacant parking space will be charged by hour.

凡租用车位到期未续租的客户，物业公司将提前发放留言条，如在提示后一周内仍未缴纳租金或给予明确回复的，将视为停止继续使用该车位并撤销该车位上方的&专用车位&标识，按临时停车计取费用。
