objective to investigate the reasons of misdiagnosis on the young patients with non-typical lung cancer,to enhancing the cognition of the disease.methods the data of incidence,clinical manifestation,imageology,bronchoscope,surgical pathologic examination of 32 cases with non-typical lung cancer were analyzed.results 8 cases of 32 patients were misdiagnosed as tuberculosis,7 cases were misdiagnosed as pneumonia,6 cases were misdiagnosed as tuberculosis pleurisy,3 cases were misdiagnosed as omarthritis,2 cases were misdiagnosed as arthritis,2 cases were misdiagnosed as transient ischemic attack,2 cases were misdiagnosed as hemicrania,2 cases were misdiagnosed as intervertebral disk hernia.conclusion the clinical symptom of young patients with non-typical lung cancer was non-typical,and the misdiagnosis rate was high.

目的 探讨不典型青年肺癌误诊的原因，以期提高对本病的认识。方法对32例误诊的青年肺癌(5岁)患者的发病情况、临床表现、影像学检查、支气管镜及手术病理检查进行分析。结果 32例患者中，误诊为肺结核8例，肺炎7例，结核性胸膜炎6例，肩周炎3例，关节炎2例，短暂性脑缺血发作2例，偏头痛2例，椎间盘突出2例。结论青年肺癌临床症状不典型，误诊率较高。

Results among 15 cases, eight cases of Loose bodies about right keen joint;three cases of left keen joint;three cases of both keen joint ;one case of pilosity dissociates bodies;two cases with joint effusion ;six cases with soft tissue swelling.16-slice SCT with 3D reconstruction demonstrated stereoscopic morphology of normal and lesions clearly with MPR correctly demonstrated details and density ,shape and size of lesions.conclusions Sixteen-slice SCT with 3D and MPR techniques can provide valuable spatial information of diseases in bones and joints of wrist and foot which correlated well with that of pathological anatomy .

结果 15例患者中，右侧膝关节游离体8例，左侧3例，双侧3例，多发游离体1例；其中2例伴有关节积液，6例有关节周围软组织肿胀。16层螺旋CT的3-D图像可清晰显示游离体的立体形态，MPR图像则可以多平面，多角度地观察游离体的大小、形态、密度、位置，对病变显示满意。结论多层螺旋CT重建能提供骨关节病变非常有价值的空间关系信息，其表现接近病理解剖，临床应用价值大，有利于临床医师选择治疗方案、制订手术计划。

Abstract］ objective to improve the diagnosis of non-ossifying fiboma by analysing its x-ray feature.methods plain x-ray films was performed in all patients.x-ray finding in 8 cases with pathologically-confirmed non-ossifying were analyzed.results the clinical symptom was mild,the lesions occurred usually at the metaphysis of the long bones,the affected bones included femur（n=4）,tibia（n=3）,humerus（n=1）.cortical type was seen in 5 cases,presenting as unilocular or multilacular transparent areas with in the cortex or tightly beneath the cortex,the lesion had a sclerotic margin.which was more obvious at the marrow side.medullary type was seen in 2 cases.the lesion was located at the center of the bone and grew centrally.the tumor was manifested as unilocular or multilocular.tramsparent area with sclerotic border and the bone cortex became thinner with slightly expanding on 11 sides.conclusion plain radiography is the elementally means to detect this disease.based on the typical x-ray signs of non-ossifying fibroma combined with clinical data,correct preoperative diagnosis can be made in most cases.

目的 探讨非骨化性纤维瘤的x线表现以提高诊断水平。方法所有病例均摄有x线平片，分析经病理证实的8例非骨化性纤维瘤。结果临床症状轻，好发于下肢长骨干骺端或骨干，股骨4例，胫骨3例，肱骨1例。皮质型5例，表现为皮质内或紧贴皮质下的单层或多层透亮区，病变向骨内发展进入髓腔，周围有致密硬化带环绕，以髓腔侧明显；髓质型2例，病灶在骨内中央发展，显示为单房或多房透亮区，边缘有硬化，骨皮质菲薄，轻微向周围膨隆。结论 x线为最基本的检查方法，典型病例x线平片结合临床症状即可明确诊断。
