Methods: In the past 10 years, 9 patients were diagnosed of adrenal gland ganglioneuroma with pathology.

回顾性分析我院近 10年来经病理检查证实的 9例肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的临床资料，对其病理学特征、临床表现、诊断及治疗进行讨论。

Since 1991, the teaching group of veterinary pathology in Inner Mongolia Agricultural University have accomplished 3 research subjects supported by the National foundation of science and technology. In the process of research, a local AEV strain, the AVE-NH937 strain, was isolated and established. The detailed pathological lesions and the dynamic location of AEV in natural and experimental cases of chicken, chickling and embryos were reported.

全世界和我国的科学工作者对本病进行了广泛的研究，内蒙古农业大学兽医病理学科自1991年，连续3次获得国家自然科学基金委员会的资助，分离并建立了AEV-NH937株，系统描述了自然病例和人工感染的成年鸡、雏鸡、鸡胚的病理变化，人工感染后AEV在鸡体内的动态分布，并制备出琼扩抗原和灭活油乳剂疫苗用于临床检测和预防，取得了重要研究成果。

objective to study mri diagnostic value on multiple sclerosis.methods mri examination data of 31 patients with multiple sclerosis were analysised retrospectively.results total 184 lesions were detectived in 31 patients.most lesions were located on white watter area beside the lateral ventricle,and a few lesions were located on the spinal cord,cerebellum,brain stem and corpus callosum.the shape of lesion can be circle or ellipse.the lesion showed as slightly long t1 and long t2 signal.the acute stage lesions can have enhancement.conclusions ms have characteristic findings on mri image.mri can show the patholoic changes,and provide strong evidence for clinic diagnosis of multiple sclerosis.

摘 要］目的：探讨多发性硬化（muliplle sclerosis，ms）的mri特征表现及其诊断价值。方法：回顾分析31例临床诊断为ms患者的mri检查资料。结果：31例共发现病灶184个，病灶于侧脑室旁白质区、半卵圆中心及皮层下区最多见，其次见于脊髓小脑、脑干及胼胝体，部分可见视神经受累，病灶呈卵圆形或圆形稍长t1、长t2信号，矢状位像见病灶与侧脑室垂直，急性病灶增强扫描有的可呈结节状、环状或斑点状强化。结论：在mri图像上ms有特征性表现，mri能反应ms病理变化，为临床诊断ms提供可靠依据。

Result: The hemoglobin was lower in the female group than male group(p＜0.001); The endoscopes datum, position and expression of C-erbB-2 protein of both groups showed no statistical difference, but the rate of mucor-bloody stools, change of bowel movement habit, adenocarcinoma, alvine block, mucinous adenocarcinoma, undifferentiated carcinoma, Dukes stage C and D were significant difference(p＜0.05) in young group than old group.

目的：分析青年大肠癌的发病特点和病理特征与中老年大肠癌的不同，为青年大肠癌的预防和治疗提供理论依据。方法：总结我院5年间收治的92例年龄低于35岁青年大肠癌资料进行筛选和研究，对患者性别、内镜资料、临床表现、病理及c-erbB-2蛋白表达和治疗情况进行统计分析，与同期中老年病例作对照。

For raising the accuracy of the diagnasis ancl treatinemt of ALH We realised of 86 patients with diagnosis of Autoimmune liver disease, strictly defined by the criteria for diagnosis of autoimmune hepatitis or the results of liver histology, and tested its biochemical, serological, histological results. AIH patients were main women female 75 cases, male 11 cases, main in 40 - 60 years old ,AIH characterized by a flare of ALT, AST, elevated immunoglobulin G,γ-immunoglobulin: ALP, IgG, and presence of antinuclear antibody (81.5%); moderate or severe periportal or periseptal lymphocytic piecemeal necrosis.

为提高对自身免疫性肝炎的诊治水平，采用国际自身免疫性肝炎小组新修订的描述性诊断标准和计分系统，对符合诊断的患者进行临床、生化、病理特点分析。86例AIH患者，女75例，男11例，高发年龄为40～60岁，其中Ⅰ型80例(93.020k)，Ⅱ型3例(3.49％)；Ⅲ型3例(3.49％)；肝功能生化检查表现为肝炎样改变；实验室检查主要表现为高γ球蛋白血症，高IgG、ALP、γ-GT及甘油三酯增高，81.5％患者抗核抗体阳性：病理改变以界板性肝炎，浆细胞浸润为主，78％的患者对免疫抑制剂治疗效佳。
