Objective To study the significance of expression of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)and vascular endothelial growth factorin breast cancerand its correlation.Methods Paraffin imbedding tissues from 60 cases with BC were detected for expression of COX-2 and VEGF by immunohistochemistry,the relationship of its expression with clinical pathological parameters were analyzed.

objective:our aim is to investigate the relationship of vegf c,vegf d and lymph node metastasis in pancreatic cancer,and to elucidate the role and significance of the cancerous peripheral lymphatic tissue.methods: the expression of vegf c and vegf d was assayed by means of immunohistochemistry in 30 pancreatic carcinomas.results:the positive rates of vegf c、vegf d were 73%(22/30)、57%(17/30) respectively in pancreatic cancer.the expression of vegf c、 vegf d in cancerous invasive edge was significantly higher than that in the center of cancerous tissues.there was no correlation between the expression of vegf c、vegf dand the site,differentiation,histology types.

目的：探讨胰腺癌中vegf c、vegf d蛋白表达与淋巴结转移之间的相关关系，阐明癌周淋巴管增生在胰腺癌淋巴转移中的作用及意义。方法：免疫组化检测30例胰腺癌组织中vegf c、vegf d的表达及其与临床病理、淋巴结转移的关系。结果：胰腺癌vegf c、vegf d蛋白表达阳性率分别为73%(22/30)、57%（17/30），肿瘤周边部位显著高于肿瘤中心部位，其表达与肿瘤的部位、分化程度、组织学类型无关，与肿瘤的tnm分期有关，ⅲ~ⅳ期显著高于ⅰ~ⅱ期。

RESULTS: It was found that the curative effects on squamous cell carcinoma in the near future were better than those on other pathologic types, on hypovascular lung cancer were superior to those on hypervascular cancer, on carcinomas in larger airways were better than those on carcinomas in smaller airway, and the effects of multiple treatment were better than those of one treatment.

结果： 鳞癌的近期疗效明显优于其他病理类型；乏血管型的近期疗效明显优于富血管型者；大气道肿瘤的近期疗效优于小气道者；多次治疗的近期疗效优于单次治疗者；临床分期的近期疗效与治疗效果无关。

The diagnostic accuracy rate of cerebral sparganosis was compared before and after knowing the imaging features of this disease.ResultsEnhanced MRI was performed in 12 cases, and all of them demonstrated abnormal enhancement.

搜集经临床确诊的儿童脑裂头蚴病17例，回顾性分析其脑部的MRI表现，部分病例与手术及病理结果对照，同时回顾性分析该病就诊时的诊断符合率及统计两位影像学医生在掌握该病特征性影像学表现前后诊断检出率的变化。
