This article explains the reoxygenation injury problems in immature myocardial at home and abroad literature,through the reoxygenation injury in cell-biology research and a large number of animal model of test,medical research and clinical research,recognize that the reoxygenation injury is the rootstock of postoperative heart and lung disorders in cyanotic congenital heart disease.

本文就未成熟心肌再氧合损伤的问题结合国内外文献，通过再氧合损伤的细胞生物学研究和大量的动物模型试验研究和医学临床研究，认识到再氧合损伤是发绀型先天性心脏病术后心肺功能紊乱的根源。

Many real-life data examples have been presented in the literature employing LME and NBLME modeling techniquesJones 1993,Davidian and Giltinan 1995,Vonesh and Chinchillo 1996,Pinheiroand Bates 2000,Verbeke and Molenberghs 2000,Diggle et al.2002,and Demidenko2004 among others However for many other practical data example from AIDS clinical trials and other biomedical studies will be presented and used throughout this book for illustration purpose In these amples LME and NLME models are no longer applicable and nonparametric mixed-effects(NPME modeling techniques which are the focuses of this book, are a natural choice at least at the initial stage of exploratory analyses.

objective study on the nature of medicine and biology of medpor plasty plate,and its clinical results and pinna support in reconsurction of auricleⅰstage.methods 25cases with congenital absense of auricle were operated useing medpor plasty pinna support.results twelve five cases were successfcelly.the pinna support were easy to process,not easy to be out of shape,no toxin,and its histocomitibility was good.conclusion it is sugˉgested that using medpor plasty to be pinna support iyas good for reconstruction of auricle.

目的 探讨使用一种新材料medpor支架医学生物学性能及其在耳廓再造术中的临床应用效果。方法 25例先天性小耳廓畸形采用medpor为支架行ⅰ期耳廓再造术。结果25例耳廓再造皆成功，耳廓支架易加工，不易变形，无毒，与组织相容性良好。结论采用medpor材料作为耳廓再造的支架是可行的新材料。它无须切取自体肋软骨之苦，既能缩短手术时间，立体感又强，微细结构清晰。

Results and conclusions: Through our studying, the rules of localizing gyrus with clock localization method according to the pattern of medullary branches on the standard transverse plane was described. The gyri localizing method was practice, simple and very useful and it is very important in the image medical science and the clinical image diagnosis.

结果与结论：利用表盘法在典型横断层CT图像上对脑回进行了定位，该定位法切实可行、简便实用，在大脑的医学影像学研究和病变的定位诊断方面具有重要的临床意义和实用价值。
