The purpose of this study is to discuss its action mechanism from the point of view of modern medicine, starting with clinical and experimental study,utilizing modern experimental technology.

The development of modern skin flap chirurgery needs badly the three- dimension picture system to display the blood supply and other profound structures and functions. This kind of system can also support the clinical training, designing of operative route, suppositional operation procedure and fidelity navigation during the operation. 3D imaging studies such as computed tomography and magnetic resonance provide the primary source of patient-specific data for such medical applications. Therefore,I have been tense ,busy and enriching for near three years. In my first term ,I chosed lots of fundamental and experimental courses such as molecular biology , Immunology ,literature retrieval and English , and passed them superiorly . Furthermore, I possess of some experimental skill such as ELISA, CELL CULTER , PCR , which is the basis of my development in future .In the next eight months , I had successfully completed the tasks of scientific research .
