Methods 24 cases with calcaneal fracture received the treatment of open reduction of calcaneus and internal fixation with titanium plates.

目的 研究和评估切开复位治疗跟骨骨折及跟骨钛板在跟骨骨折治疗中的作用。方法对24例跟骨骨折患者行切开复位跟骨钛板内固定。

Methods From January 1998, sixteen patients suffed from osteosarcoma(6 cases), chondrosarcoma(3 cases), gaint cell tumor(6 cases) and fibrosarcoma(1 case) arising from femur(5 cases), tibia(5 cases), humerus(3 cases), fibula(2 cases), radius(1 case).

1998年1月起，我院对16例肢体恶性骨肿瘤（按病理骨肉瘤6例，软骨肉瘤3例，骨巨细胞瘤6例，纤维肉瘤1例；按部位股骨5例，胫骨5例，肱骨3例，腓骨2例，桡骨1例）行骨肿瘤局部切除术及术中放疗加植骨。

氟性骨损伤骨周化骨与成纤维细胞密切相关，在骨周组织中，成纤维细胞(fibroblast， FB)属于诱导性骨祖细胞范畴(inducible osteogenic precursor cell， IOPC)，在特殊条件下具有成骨功能。

Results In 50 cases of fracture of nasal bone, fracture of the frontal process of maxillary bone was found in 43 cases, fracture of lacrimal bone in 29 cases and fracture of orbital walls in 24 cases. Separation of nasomaxillary suture was found in 36 cases, nasofrontal suture in 14 cases, lacrimo-maxillary suture in 18 cases and internasal suture in 9 cases.

结果 50例鼻区复合骨折中均有鼻骨骨折，伴发上颌骨额突骨折43例，泪骨骨折29例，额骨鼻部骨折16例，眶壁骨折24例；伴发鼻颌缝分离错位36例，鼻额缝分离14例，泪颌缝分离18例，鼻骨间缝分离9例，额颌缝分离10例。

Defects implanted with TGF-β/BMP in animals killed at 16 weeks showed histologically new lamellar and woven bone which was formed in continuity with the cut ends of the cortex. Medullar canal was recanalized and contained marrow elements with normal appearance.

术后第12～16周3组缺损区完全性修复，其密度近正常骨，可见皮质骨和骨髓腔结构。16周时TGF-β和TGF-β/BMP组骨缺损区周围外骨痂少，而BMP组中仍可见较多尚未完全吸收的外骨痂。

Results Osseous metastasis was found in 22 cases out of the 107 cases with the positive rate of 20.6%: osseous metastasis occurred in 4 cases with no osteodynia, single metastasis in 9 cases and multi-metastasis in 13 cases; the location of osseous metastasis ranged as follows: 61 metastasis in thoracic cage, 41 in pelvis, 39 in vertebral column, 8 in four limbs and 4 in skull; along with the prolongation of the follow-up, the positive rate of osseous metastasis increased.

结果 107例中发现骨转移22例，阳性率20.6%。其中无骨痛患者发生骨转移4例，单发转移9例，多发转移13例。发现骨转移灶的部位依次为胸廓(61处)、骨盆(41处)、脊柱(39处)、四肢(8处)及头颅(4处)。随乳腺癌术后回访年限的增加，骨转移阳性率增加。

Each time after putting to (the instrument with the set of Yamshidi-Nadel provided by Kypho of America for injection of bone cement into the vertebrae; each putting could contain about 1.5 mL bone cement) inject bone cement into the vertebrae, the pressure P was not very high, with 500 kPa bar below for majority and the effect caused showed a significant statistical difference (P.01). Whereas, the pressure within the area of the vertebral P value was not high either, the majority was 10.00 Unit lower, which also led to the effects of significant difference (P.01). Both two states showed partial distribution. After making the statistical analysis to the casual two puttings between the first, second, third and fourth putting of each vertebrae, there existed the general differences. The differences were also found between other puttings (a.0083) on the statistics basis apart from between the first and second and between the third and fourth.

结果 每个椎体的椎体成形术均达到临床评价要求，每次推杆（美国Kypho公司提供标准椎体成形术中Yamshi-Nadel套系中推注骨水泥入椎体的器具，每具推杆可容纳骨水泥约1.5mL）推注骨水泥入椎体时所产生的椎体内的压力P不是很高，多数在0.50 bar以下，其所导致的效应具有显著的统计学差异(P.01)，而每次推杆推注骨水泥入椎体时的椎体内压力面积值P也不是很高，多数在10.00 Unit以下，其所导致的效应具有显著的统计学差异(P.01)，两者均呈偏态分布；而且，对每例椎体的第一、二、三、四杆之间两两予以统计学上的分析，在总体存在差异有统计学意义的基础上还发现除第一和二杆、第三和四杆之间外，其他各杆之间存在着差异(a.0083)。

METHODS Using heparin sepharose Cl-6B chromatography,the osteoinduction protein in reconstituted bone xenograftwas pu-rified and fractions obtained from purification were bioassayed for bone-induction activity by implantation into the thigh muscles of mouse.
